Your tasks:
• Creation and tracking of spare parts offers
• Customer base maintenance in the ERP system
• Creation of complaints/service files
• Follow-up work/documentation of complaints including various statistics
• Preparation and follow-up of maintenance operations including various statistics
Your profile:
• Technician (m/f/d) or commercial training with good technical knowledge
• Good knowledge of how to use ERP systems and MS Office products
• Technical understanding paired with a high level of initiative and strong organizational talent
• Independent, structured way of working and results-oriented action
• Strong communication skills with internal and external contacts
• Ideally experience in filter technology or in the field of mechanical and plant engineering with a focus on bulk material technology
• Good written and spoken German and English
