The device is fully electrically conductive (antistatic), with static electricity being discharged through electrically conductive wheels to the conductive floor covering.
The type and properties of the suction medium (substance), as well as the potential risks regarding increased electrostatics due to material transport, must be known to the operator. When suctioning problematic substances, the device must be additionally integrated into the operational equipotential bonding using the corresponding grounding clamp before use.
This device comes with an activated carbon filter for the adsorption of gases and vapors. Depending on the suction material and application, various activated carbon filter cartridges are available to the user:
