Double shuttle valves are used to feed and discharge predosed bulk goods (fine and coarse granulates) and are for example applied under filters, cyclones and conveying units. The two flaps of a double flap system open and close in turns so that both flaps are never open at the same time.
The SCHRAGE double shuttle valve is a solid welded steel construction, actuated by a pneumatic cylinder or shaft-mounted geared motor. Its end positions are monitored by proximity switches. Flange pattern bores are drilled according to SCHRAGE factory standard or customer specifications. The double shuttle valve is available in almost all materials and comes with inlet/outlet widths from NW 200×200 to NW 1000×1000.
