– In our Aftersales department, you will be responsible for the complete commercial order processing of incoming repairs.
– This includes both telephone customer support as well as preparing quotations and coordinating repair handling with our suppliers until the goods are returned to the customer.
– You will also be in charge of processing activity reports and issuing invoices for our worldwide service assignments.
– In doing so, you will work closely with relevant departments such as Service, Sales, Accounting, and more.
– Additionally, you will support the important process of digitalization within your area.
