The IAS division of KELLER HCW GmbH is at home in the bulk solids industry. Complete plants and control technology are planned and realised here by a highly motivated team. Control cabinet construction, visualisation and process control technology are, of course, part of the scope of services. The CellaControl process control system for the control and operation of process plants offers the right solution for almost all branches of industry when it comes to the automation of material transports or complex batch processes. Further modules for maintaining process reliability are the production control system CellaTrace, the loading control system CellaLoad and the laboratory data management system CellaLab. In addition to classic silo management, CellaTrace offers the entire documentation of product processing up to the loose loading of finished products. The complete traceability from the finished product to the supplier of the raw materials, which is required by legal regulations and mandatory for certifications, is thus guaranteed. CellaLoad is a powerful management system for the control of vehicles and effective loading on the factory premises up to driver self-loading. CellaLab was developed for the management and monitoring of material analyses and can be used as a “stand-alone” solution or in combination with CellaTrace.
