MAP’s business consists of commissioning and after-sales service on site, as well as the integration of additional system components. At the company's premises in Altlußheim MAP operates its own test laboratory which enables them to execute a great variety of mixing tests in collaboration with its clients.       Welcome to Masterflex SE! The business with spiral hoses is the core competence of Masterflex SE with production focus in Gelsenkirchen. In addition to extruded spiral hoses, clip hoses and foil hoses are developed, produced and sold. Connection elements such as sleeves, flanges, threaded connectors, clamps and other accessories complete the range. The range includes products that meet individual requirements and demanding tasks. Irrespective of whether highly abrasive solids, aggressive chemicals, gaseous media up to +1,100 degrees Celsius or foodstuffs have to be transported: Masterflex hoses represent a flexible, application- and customer-oriented solution. Masterflex has many years of experience in the processing of different polymer materials and technically demanding fabrics as well as the use of various production technologies such as profile extrusion, clip production, film and fabric processing or coating. PU spiral hoses are mainly manufactured by means of extrusion for industry and the food sector. But temperature-resistant clip hoses for exhaust gas extraction and foil hoses are also manufactured on several machines.
