Construction Time-Lapse Cameras: Document Your Project Progress Professionally

On construction sites, everything changes daily: New construction phases emerge, trades interlock, and deadlines run concurrently. At the same time, digitalization is advancing rapidly, demanding transparent and efficient solutions. This is precisely where time-lapse cameras come in. They continuously document construction progress and make complex processes visible – reliably, professionally, and transparently. Those interested in learning more can find out more at our trade fair booth. While we cannot show live footage of ongoing projects due to GDPR regulations, our booth will provide a comprehensive overview of the technology, functionality, and applications of modern time-lapse and monitoring solutions. Guided by the motto "smart by day," we will explain how intelligent camera systems support construction projects in everyday practice: from structured documentation and secure cloud storage to integration into existing project and BIM processes. Using schematic diagrams, sample workflows, and technical setups, we will transparently demonstrate how data is captured, processed, and provided in compliance with GDPR. We are happy to take the time for a personal consultation to discuss specific requirements, project sizes, and application scenarios. This clearly demonstrates how digital construction site documentation – even without publicly shown video material – can contribute to greater transparency, efficiency and planning security in everyday construction work.

    2. Containment Sampling Stick CPS

      Containment Sampling Stick CPS

It is a key topic within any kind of industry and branch to maintain a constant and steady product quality. Guaranteeing a consistent high-level quality of chemical products, medication or nutrition and consumables is a fundamental requirement, long before focusing on the health aspect of the end user. Permanent sampling and regular product analysis are essential for the identification of deviations and the necessary reactions to discrepancies. Samples must always be taken at exactly the right spot and in appropriate quantity. HECHT samplers for powdery or grainy products offer a simple handling whilst ensuring highest operator- and product protection. All of our sampler versions are of robust structure and especially developed for industrial applications with limited construction height. The easy-to-dismantle designs allow a comprehensive cleaning process. Various versions for different installation methods, individual set-ups and a flexible adjustability of the systems ensure an optimal user comfort and constant process reliability.

    3. Continuous Level Measurement with 80 GHz FMCW Radar for the Most Demanding Applications

Continuous Level Measurement with 80 GHz FMCW Radar for the Most Demanding Applications

With the new NivoRadar® NR 3000 series for solids and the NR 8000 series for liquids, UWT is expanding its portfolio in continuous level measurement. Both radar sensor lines are based on cutting edge 80 GHz FMCW radar technology. They feature a narrow 3° beam angle, measuring ranges up to 120 m / 394 ft, and deliver precise results even under the most challenging process conditions. Reliable Results with FMCW Radar Non-contact radar sensors measure levels accurately and without physical contact. The transmitted signal is varied across a specific frequency range. The difference between the transmitted and echo signals determines the travel time, which provides the exact fill level. This technology works well for both bulk solids and liquids, even in conditions with dust, steam, condensation, buildup, or fluctuating temperatures. Internal installations such as agitators are automatically compensated. NivoRadar® NR 3000 for Solids The NR 3000 series features flexible configuration options and robust designs for solids in silos, hoppers, and process vessels. Its radar technology penetrates dust and buildup, delivering reliable results even in tough conditions. In addition to plastic horn and threaded antenna options, the NR 3300 in the Allround-Pro version is available with a stainless steel adjustable flange (316L), automatic lens cleaning, and an optional high-temperature standpipe for processes up to +1200 °C / +2192 °F. NivoRadar® NR 8000 for All Types of Liquids The NR 8000 series has been designed for a wide range of liquids, including water, oils, chemicals and media requiring strict hygiene standards. It offers versions with plastic horn antenna, threaded connection, PTFE-encapsulated antenna for chemical resistance, and hygienic designs suitable for CIP/SIP processes. Additionally, the series includes a horn antenna model built for extreme process conditions, capable of withstanding pressures up to 160 bar / 2,320 psi and temp. up to +450 °C / +842 °F.

    4. CSG series rotary screw compressors

      CSG series rotary screw compressors

Pharmaceuticals, foodstuff, healthcare, chemicals – these industrial sectors place especially high demands when it comes to compressed air quality. For those who wish to achieve these requirements cost-effectively, CSG rotary screw compressors from Kaeser represent the perfect choice. These new models are particularly efficient and require very little installation space. The CSG series provides highly efficient compressed air generation, yet requires 19 percent less floor space than its predecessor range. Models are available with air- or water-cooling, with integrated refrigeration dryer or i.HOC (Heat of Compression dryer), and for flow rates ranging from 4 to 15 m³/min. For applications with fluctuating compressed air demand, speed-controlled “SFC” versions are available. The CSG series is equipped with high-quality, durable airends featuring the energy-efficient Sigma Profile for which Kaeser is world-renowned. The rotors now feature an innovative new wear-free PEEK coating, which is also particularly temperature-resistant. Biocompatible, FDA-certified and in compliance with European requirements for food contact materials, this coating is perfectly adapted for the pharmaceuticals and foodstuff industries. When it comes to energy efficiency, the CSG series is the star of its class. Kaeser was uncompromising in its pursuit of efficiency when developing the drive, cooling and compression systems for these models. Therefore, the range is equipped with IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency synchronous reluctance motors and water jacket cooling on both compression stages – on both air- and water-cooled systems. The fibre-free pulse dampers fitted to the CSG operate on a broad spectrum and at very little pressure loss.

    5. DELTASLICK

      DELTASLICK

Material sticking to conveyor belts is a common challenge in processes involving cohesive, dusty, or hygroscopic bulk materials. Adhesion leads to uncontrolled buildup on the belt surface, increased waste, more frequent cleaning, faster scraper wear, and ultimately production losses. DELTASLICK has been developed to effectively eliminate these issues. The belt uses a specially engineered anti-adhesive rubber compound integrated across the entire thickness of the top cover. This solution significantly limits material adhesion and reduces carryback, ensuring more consistent and reliable material discharge. Application tests have shown that DELTASLICK maintains its low-adhesion properties even after abrasion and prevents the formation of material layers that typically increase friction and energy consumption. As a result, material evacuation can be up to 20–40% faster, contributing to improved process efficiency and productivity. The smooth belt surface also reduces scraper pressure and friction, extending scraper service life and lowering maintenance requirements. With minimal residue remaining on the belt, operators benefit from cleaner conveyor systems and reduced housekeeping efforts. DELTASLICK is particularly effective for materials prone to sticking or forming layers, such as wet sand, gypsum, plaster, pozzolan, iron ore briquettes, iron silicate, biomass, wood pellets, potash, salt, recycled fines, RDF/SRF, and other dusty or cohesive granular materials. The solution is designed for demanding industrial sectors including cement, mining, biomass processing, iron processing, waste and recycling, aggregates, and power generation—where stable material flow, reduced maintenance, and reliable conveyor performance are essential.
