Carrying roller stations for bulk goods
Two different types of idler stations are used in a conveyor belt system: the carryway idler stations, which support the material-transporting section of the belt; and the return idler stations, which support the belt in the return run area during return travel.
There are two different variants of the carryway idler stations: flat, with a single, horizontally arranged idler, which sits on two brackets mounted on the belt system; or a troughed version, usually with three rollers mounted on a frame attached to the conveyor.
Feeding stations can be used in the loaded area of the belt, which have support rollers with rubber rings or are designed as garland stations.
