The E-PrimeTracker celebrated its world premiere at Bauma 2022 at Munich. Like the innovative PrimeTracker steering roller, this further development can also detect and regulate belt misalignment independently. However, the developers at ScrapeTec have integrated additional, robust sensors in the E-PrimeTracker that record key parameters such as belt position, belt speed or the condition of the belt connection. The collected data can be sent to a control center or a mobile device of the service personnel via mobile or WLAN. In the spirit of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, the “state of health” of the conveyor belt is continuously detected and documented. At SOLIDS, developer and ScrapeTec founder Wilfried Dünnwald will present the E-PrimeTracker in person.
