The modular method of construction allows for a cost effective and an easy to modify installation as the user might require.
OPTIMUM SELECTION OF MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION
Choice of materials of construction is determined by the material to be conveyed.
The conveying chain can be in stainless steel, galvanised steel or specially hardened steel; rollers can be made of the same raw materials or of plastic.
Elevator Casing may be in painted mild steel or in stainless steel.
Buckets have an overlapping edge on both sides which prevents the product from falling between them during filling. For the food industry, only materials suitable for foodstuffs are used, documented by factory certification. Depending on the product, stainless steel or aluminium buckets may be used, and PTFE coating is also available.
INNOVATIVE WASH STATION(CIP)
HUMBERT & POL’s intelligent conveying equipment offers you the option of integrating an automatic bucket cleaning in place mechanism (also as retrofit).
Automatically operated wash nozzles ensure perfect cleaning.
APPLICATION IN EXPLOSION RISK ZONES
In explosion risk zones HUMBERT & POL can supply pendulum bucket elevators in ATEX versions.
