THE LEADING SIDE-WALL SEALING
The new SPALECK FineSideCOVER is the first system, that allows the user to flexibly change the end-component
of the screen-surface for their Flip-Flow screen by themselves. Depending on the screening-material and
application, they can choose between a flat or curved, trough-shaped screening-area on the edge. This enables
an increased screening-performance, because of the maximum open screen-area (flat design) or an optimum
screening-quality with the trough-shaped end – depending on the requirement. The change between both
variants is possible for the first time and is done quick and easy.

The SPALECK FineSideCOVER prevents the screening-material from falling through
between the side-wall and the end of the screen-mat. This guarentees the highest
screening-quality, prevents the enclosure of fail-grain and protects against the
building up and caking of material at the side-walls of the screen. The effort for
cleaning is minimised.

Thanks to the FineSideCOVER technology you have the choice: Depending on the
requirements of your material and task, you are able to convert the side-panel at any
time, simply, quickly and flexibly. If necessary simply change from a flat to a curved,
trough-shaped FSC screening-surface and viceversa. This offers you a maximum
security for current and future screening-applications.
