Wear-resistant mixer blade and scraper

With the BrazeCoat-M process, 1.5 – 2.5 mm hard-faced layers are created, which consist of carbides and a nickel solder matrix. The BC-M coating has a high hardness of 850-1180 HV or very high wear resistance due to the chromium-tungsten carbide and has a high corrosion resistance due to the nickel-based solder matrix.
The coating surface and the layer thickness can be specifically designed according to the direction of wear and the intensity of the stress.
