TOGETHER AGAINST BREAST CANCER
This year we are supporting Brustkrebs Deutschland e.V. . ‘Diagnosis breast cancer - prognosis life!’ is the motto of the non-profit organisation. With a wide range of support and counselling services, it is there for those affected and their relatives, but also for doctors.
WHY do we support Brustkrebs Deutschland e.V.?
- There are far more powerful women in our industry than is often realised! Every day, countless women are driving the bulk goods and recycling sectors forward, and we are absolutely certain that their numbers will continue to rise.
- Men can also develop breast cancer. And the numbers are rising.
- Behind every man there is usually a female supporter – be it his partner, daughter, mother, female friends, mentors or female colleagues. Unfortunately, this also means that there are more instances of contact than one might think or would like.
- The earlier breast cancer is detected, the less invasive the treatment is likely to be and the greater the chances of recovery. Education, prevention and early detection are therefore absolutely essential.
HOW do we support Brustkrebs Deutschland e.V.?
- Leverage our network and reach to raise awareness of the organization
- Information stand at SOLIDS & RECYCLING-TECHNIK Dortmund 2026 (right by the North Entrance) featuring engaging and informative material, as well as opportunities to make a donation
- Ticket promotion linked to donations
- Rebooking campaign combined with donations: For every company that has booked an on-site stand for 2026, we will donate €10.
Do YOU also want to support Breast Cancer Germany?
We are grateful for every contribution, however small, as 100 per cent of it goes to Brustkrebs Deutschland e. V. A donation of just €10 enables us to send information leaflets to someone affected by breast cancer. A donation of €25, for example, helps us to send a ‘feel-good’ parcel to those affected, containing information material and small gifts. A donation of €50 can be used, amongst other things, to produce a video interview on current treatment options. So, as you can see – every donation makes a difference!
