Only on March 19 at 8:30 a.m.: Exhibitor breakfast
Café 4 (Hall 4, Gallery):
Starting at 8:30 a.m.: 1 breakfast snack
Starting at 11:30 a.m.: 1 hot meal + 1 cold beverage
In the afternoon: Cake
Exhibition Restaurant (between Halls 4, 5, and 6):
Starting at 11:30 a.m.: 1 hot meal + 1 cold beverage
In the afternoon: Cake
On setup day:
Payment (cash or EC card) is accepted at several locations in the halls (kiosks in Halls 4 and 6, bakery in Hall 5)
Exhibitors' evening - round off the first day of the fair in a relaxed atmosphere
- in the Evonik Lounge at the BVB Stadium
- Doors open at 5:15 p.m. | Ends at 10:00 p.m.
- Foosball tournament, hosted by Michael Rummenigge (former professional soccer player and current entrepreneur), starting at approximately 7:00 p.m.
There are 16 team slots available for the foosball tournament. Registration takes place when picking up admission wristbands at the Trade Show Management / Exhibitor Services desk in Hall 7, Booth 7-BB, on a “first come, first served” basis. - Live DJ and networking in a unique atmosphere
How do you get your admission wristbands?
All registered participants can pick up their admission wristbands by 1:00 p.m. on March 18 at the Trade Show Management / Exhibitor Services desk in Hall 7, Booth BB-7. Please pick up all wristbands at once. We will note your name accordingly upon pickup. *
Participation, including all food and beverages, is included for registered attendees. Since the Exhibitors’ Evening is a private event, admission will not be granted without a wristband. Therefore, please be sure to pick them up in a timely manner.
* We reserve the right to reassign wristbands that are not picked up on time to other attendees.
