What is TOUCH&COLLECT
Thanks to the latest smart badge technology, visitors receive an intelligent visitor badge when they enter the trade fair. This enables visitors and exhibitors to exchange data and information digitally without contact via TOUCH & COLLECT.

FAQ
All visitors of SOLIDS & RECYCLING-TECHNIK Dortmund with a digital visitor badge (Smart Badge) can take part in the competition. Important: From 10 touches you will automatically be entered into the prize draw and have the chance to win one of the coveted prizes.
Note: Exhibitors are excluded from the competition.
The competition begins on the first day of the trade fair, 09.10.2024 and ends on the second day of the trade fair, 10.10.2024.
The evaluation and draw will take place after the trade fair.
The winners will be contacted by e-mail (provided during visitor registration) after the trade fair. The prizes will then be sent by post or e-mail.
Conditions of participation
Participation in the competition of Easyfairs Deutschland GmbH, Balanstraße 73, 81541 Munich, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Eligible participants
Natural persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and its affiliated companies and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example
a) in the event of manipulation in connection with the running of the competition,
b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,
c) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
The winners will be determined and notified at the end of the second day of the trade fair.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. Payment of the value of the prize is excluded. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

Liability
Any liability on the part of Easyfairs is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Easyfairs reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition without giving reasons.
Applicable law
The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
