Exhibitors can enter the exhibition halls from 07:30.
Dismantling exhibition stand

Dismantling of the exhibition stands – Please leave your exhibits packed and labelled (company name, mobile number & stand number) and take all your items with you. The hall doors will be opened shortly after the end of the fair. At the end of the event, all booth keys should remain on the booth lock.

Exhibitor breakfast - start the second day of the trade fair energised
When: Second day of the fair, 10 October 2024 from 08:30 a.m.
Where: Exhibition management, Hall 7
Registration is not required – just come along and start a successful second day of the trade fair together.
Exhibitors' evening - round off the first day of the fair in a relaxed atmosphere
- in the Evonik Lounge of the BVB Stadium
- Admission from 17:15 hrs | End 22:30 hrs
- Presentation of the Invitation
- Champion Award
- Foosball tournament (start 19:00)

How do you get your admission wristbands?
All booked participants can collect their admission wristbands on the set-up day (8 October, 12:00 – 18:00) and on the first day of the fair (9 October, 09:00 – 16:00) from the fair management (Hall 7, Stand 014). Please collect all wristbands together. We will note your name accordingly when you collect them. *
Participation including all food and drinks is included for registered persons. As the Exhibitor Evening is a closed event, there will be no admission without a wristband. Therefore, please ensure that you collect them in good time.
* We reserve the right to allocate wristbands that have not been collected by 4 p.m. on 9 October to other persons.
