MOLLET is an innovative medium-sized group of companies with sites in Germany and Spain that manufactures and sells high-quality products for automating the processing of powders, granulates and many other bulk materials. As a technology specialist for level measurement and bulk solids handling, MOLLET has made a name for itself worldwide, from the construction industry to the pharmaceutical industry. All MOLLET products also have the necessary approvals for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The current Managing Director Wolfgang Hageleit founded MOLLET Füllstandstechnik GmbH over 40 years ago. Customer orientation, consistent quality awareness, professional employees and above all the many innovations have contributed to the successful development of the company. We produce "safety around bulk solids". This includes the development, assembly and worldwide distribution of equipment and components for the safe operation of silos and bulk solids systems as well as comprehensive know-how in explosion protection. MOLOSroto - Rotary paddle level switches of DF series for bulk solids (Füllstand-Schalter)
The maintenance free level indicators of the DF-series are the best choice for all level control applications in bulk solids. It doesn't matter whether it is dusty, powdery, or granulated bulk material; these measurement devices guarantee high reliability and safe operation even in very hard and extreme applications. The level measurement of sludge and pastes is no problem as well. You can get all of these quality products with ATEX approvals for all potentially explosive dust and gas atmospheres as well as for hybrid mixtures. They are even suitable for applications with process temperatures up to 1.000 oC and process pressures up to 25 bars. Such a wide range of applications make these rotary paddle switches unique in the world market. As a matter of course our point level sensors are almost unlimited configurable and can be optimal adjusted to any difficult application.
MOLOScode - The intelligent hose coupling
With the MOLOScode-System MOLLET has developed a solution that makes an incorrect connection of flexible and rigid pipelines impossible. Each pipeline gets its own name and thus avoids mistakes caused by human error in case of connecting and re-routing of connections, increases the production safety and reduces the accident risk. At the pipeline interfaces electronically coded coupling systems with RFID technology are used that give the process control the information which hose is connected to which pipe. Thus secures a safe distinction of product- and rinsing-connections and detects any hose connection with the wrong process medium. As soon as the process control detects a wrong or missing connection, the corresponding valve will be shut off immediately and diagnose tools will inform about this mistake. With MOLOScode you easily keep an overview even for crossed and intertwined hoses. The control of contamination of hoses or of maintenance periods are comfortable realized via the process control system. The complete the on-site product distribution is shown in the control room and allows a seamless documentation and traceability.
MOLOSbob - Continuous level measurement up to 42 m with Yo-Yo sensing level measurement (Füllstandmessung)
Many customers have the desire to find a reliable and easily understandable technology for the continuous level measurement in their silos filled with bulk goods. MOLOSbob LF20 from MOLLET exactly fulfills this customer preference. In any kind of bulk solid applications this new weight and tape based sensing technology enables a reliable continuous level measurement. Easiest installation and an error-free permanent operation even in case of changing bulk goods or varying process conditions are characterized for this measurement device. MOLOSbob, the compact and robust measurement device with low weight, works unaffected by bulk goods characteristics like dust, moisture, conductivity or grain size. It supplies accurate and reliable level measurement results up to a silo height of 42 meters. This measurement device is although suitable for the use in dust explosive areas of category 1/2D. Furthermore the newly developed safety circuit avoids the run down of the sensing weight into the silo outlet.
MOLOSpressdec - Silo overpressure detector MSD as safety equipment
The MOLOSpressdec series from MOLLET includes several variants. As an electronic pressure gauge, the MSD-A...420 with a metal housing continuously monitors the increasing pressure in the silo or container, including the end surge that occurs during pneumatic filling by a silo vehicle. The simpler variant MSD-A also has a metal housing and serves as a limit indicator for monitoring the overpressure. If the pressure in the silo or container reaches the preset switching point, the detector gives a signal and can switch off the pneumatic filling. Both variants are also available with an inexpensive plastic housing. With these very reliable measuring devices, it is very easy to safely avoid the often very costly consequences of overfilling the silo or tank. The variants with a metal housing are also available with ATEX certificates for use in areas with a risk of dust and gas explosions.
MOLOSvibro - Vibration level switch of VF series for level control in bulk solids (Füllstand-Schalter)
The maintenance free level indicators of the VF-series are suitable for level control applications with dusty, powdery, or fine granulated bulk material with low density. These measuring devices are the preferred choice to indicate full and empty level in hoppers. These measurement devices guarantee high reliability and a long durability even in hard and extreme applications. MOLOSwave - Continuous level measurement with MWF the TDR for bulk solids
The maintenance free MWF from MOLLET with ATEX approvals is the best choice for all continuous level measurement applications in bulk solids and almost any liquids. This Guided Microwave Radar (TDR instrument) is unaffected by changes of product, pressure, dust or temperature. Therefore it is extremely reliable and easily to install. Due to the wide measuring range from 0,1 to 20,0 meters it is suitable for small bins as well as for large silos.
MOLOSvalve - Pinch valve for universal application of QV series
The pinch valves of the QV-series are the ideal solution for the shutting off, distributing, and dosing of powdery and grained bulk goods; viscous, soiled, and aggressive liquids; gases and mixtures. Typical applications are pneumatic conveyors and fillings lines for silos and tanks in the food industry, chemical industry, environmental industry, and construction industry. Due to the straight and not reduced passage through the valve there are no jams and no reduction of the feed pressure. Long service life of hoses and easy change of these if needed are a matter of course.
