Nexopart is a successful german manufacturer of products and measuring equipment for determining particle size/shape. The company evolved from its two renowned parent companies, Hosokawa Alpine AG and Haver & Boecker oHG.
In the new brand, the two parent companies, each with a 50 percent stake, are pooling their decades of experience in the manufacture and sale of products and measuring equipment in particle analysis to determine particle size and shape in the premium segment.
NEXOPART GmbH & Co. KG has its legal headquarters in Oelde, Westphalia and operates a branch office in Gersthofen near Augsburg.
As an independent company, NEXOPART offers optimal alignment and focus of all processes and activities to meet the needs of the analytical, biotechnology and laboratory technology markets and their customers.

NEXOPART test sieve shaker EML 200 Premium – The perfect model for precise bulk analysis NEXOPART offers other analytical instruments that optimally complement your laboratory processes. The EML 200 Premium is ideal for laboratories and production facilities that need to analyze up to 3 kg of sample material within a measuring range of 20 µm to 125 mm. It operates especially efficiently with test sieves ranging from 50 to 203 mm in diameter. Whether sand, gravel or other bulk materials – its strong power transmission and stable sieving motion ensure high separation accuracy and reproducible results, even with heterogeneous or demanding samples.

NEXOPART CPA 2-1 dynamic image analyzer – Fully automated analysis of particle size and shape The CPA 2-1 is an automated laboratory solution for determining particle size and shape, operating within a measuring range of 20 µm to 30 mm – ideal for products such as sugar and salt, fertilizers, sands, plastic granulates and more. In contrast to traditional sieve analysis, dynamic image analysis captures: • complete size distributions of the entire sample • shape parameters such as roundness, length-to-width ratio and feret diameter Because 100% of all particles are measured, the system delivers highly precise, reproducible and meaningful results – even for heterogeneous mixtures. The fully automated measurement process also enables high sample throughput with minimal operator effort.

NEXOPART Air jet sieve machine e200 LS – For the finest powders NEXOPART e200 LS air jet sieve machine is specially designed for the finest and agglomerating powders in the measuring range from 10 μm - 4 mm. The analyzer works with the proven air jet sieving process, in which the test material is distributed on the sieve by a targeted air flow. This method prevents clumping and ensures even sample distribution. This allows you to achieve high measurement accuracy and reproducible results - The e200 LS is therefore ideal for various industries, including the mineral, chemical and pharmaceutical industries (in compliance with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11). It significantly reduces sample preparation time and allows you to make everyday laboratory life more productive.
