Be flexible
With a WAGNER bagging machine, you remain flexible, even with regard to other containers that may need to be filled in the future. With special interchangeable filling spouts, you can fill a wide variety of containers with the same machine, such as drums, buckets, cans, bags, bag-in-boxes, valve bags, open bags, etc. Conversion to a different filling spout is quick and easy thanks to the practical quick-release fasteners and can be done in a matter of minutes. In combination with a pallet scale, not only small containers but also big bags can be dosed accurately with the same machine.

WAGNER-MASCHINEN GmbH has been building semi-automatic bagging machines for a wide variety of bulk materials for more than 40 years, and these machines are in use all over the world. In many companies, sometimes the most contradictory bulk materials are produced, which sometimes also have to be filled into different containers. As a medium-sized mechanical engineering company, WAGNER specializes in the development and manufacture of semi-automatic machines for bagging a wide variety of bulk materials with precise, accurate metering into a wide range of containers, whether open-mouth or valve bags, bag-in-box, cartons, buckets or drums, right up to big bags. Especially in industries where there are often many recipe changes, our bagging machines are also characterized by the fact that they can be cleaned easily, quickly and thoroughly on site. In addition to bagging technology, WAGNER also develops and builds machines for bag emptying and big bag emptying, flanked by suitable dust removal technology and empty bag compaction. With our portfolio of bagging and bag emptying technology as well as with our engineering services, we serve about 300 different industries from the complete spectrum of agriculture, building materials, food, chemicals to the pharmaceutical industry.
BigBag-tongs
The semi-automatic BigBag tongs use the lifting motion of a forklift truck. The BigBag hangs with the loops on the forks of the forklift truck or stands on a pallet. The forklift driver positions the BigBag and operates the BigBag tongs easily by remote control. The gentle shredding of the product by the tongs normally starts from the top and is distributed at various points along the height of the BigBag, breaking up and shredding the product in the BigBag at all points.
