You can see in your My Easyfairs portal when visitors register via your invitation. Get in touch with them before the start of the trade fair to arrange a fixed appointment at your stand and find out in advance what visitors are coming to you with. This will allow you to prepare for the discussions on site in the best possible way.

Define customers whose arrival at the trade fair you would like to be informed about via SMS.

All registration data provided by your business partners during the registration process is available to you via MyEasyfairs.

E-mail invitation service

Maximum impact with minimum effort! Send invitation emails with your personalised registration link to your customers easily and conveniently via your My Easyfairs profile. All you have to do is upload your customers’ contact details to MyEasyfairs and we will take care of the rest. All legal data protection guidelines are of course complied with. Your data will only be used for the one-off mailing on your behalf. All data will then be deleted from our system.

The shipment will be sent with your name as the sender.

Data protection declaration

Easyfairs takes your privacy and that of your business contacts very seriously. It goes without saying that our data processing agreement complies with current data protection legislation. It is therefore completely harmless if you authorise us to process your list of business contacts.

  • Your data will only be used to invite your business contacts on your behalf.
  • Your list of business contacts is deduplicated. The organisation responsible for this is GDPR-compliant.
  • Your data will not be stored.
  • The data will be deleted immediately after the trade fair.

Please note!

  • We do not process contact lists that are sent to us by e-mail. You can only upload your contact list via My Easyfairs.
  • Make sure that you provide an up-to-date list of business contacts. Because this determines the quality of the visitors.
  • Only one e-mail can be sent per e-mail address. Easyfairs reserves the right to remove duplicate e-mail addresses, even if they contain different contact persons.
  • Make sure that your e-mail addresses include a contact person. A personal approach in e-mailing is very important for acceptance.
  • The e-mail file you provide will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be used for purposes other than the invitation service for the fair organised by Easyfairs.
