Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d)
We are looking for an experienced sales personality who is keen to actively help build up our sales department, take on responsibility, and work with an ambitious team to bring about lasting change in the industry. At WeSort, you will work hands-on, close to the product, and have a direct influence on growth and success.
Together with our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for expanding our sales and actively shaping market development. This includes:
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships in the recycling and sorting technology sector.
- Developing new markets, applications, and partnerships, e.g., in plant engineering or system integration.
- Conducting technically sound, solution-oriented sales discussions on equal footing, with a focus on closing deals.
- Understanding customer requirements and developing concrete solutions/offers.
- Providing support from initial contact to contract signing.
- Representing WeSort at customer meetings, on-site demonstrations, pilot projects, and trade fairs.
- Contributing to discussions with investors, partners, and funding agencies regarding products, the market, and growth.
- Building a scalable sales structure and pipeline.
