The SWECO HX™ Series Round Separator improves technology and performance while increasing safety and simplifying clean-up and maintenance. The new HX features the ProGlide™, a new top and bottom “no-tools” weight system, which presents fine proportional motion adjustment, enabling the user to move a single weight set radially to dial in on the optimal horizontal and vertical amplitude and force to improve efficiency and throughput. A new lower weight guard encloses the motor and lower weight assembly, reducing the risk of reach-in injuries while complying with CE Standards. The new guard can be easily removed without disassembling the drive.

Switch distributors divert bulk material flows into different outlets. They can be used for dusts, powders, granulates and coarse material. SCHRAGE switch distributors are solid welded steel constructions actuated via hand lever, pneumatic cylinder or shaft-mounted geared motor. They come with a distributor flap, which can be replaced from the outside. Their end positions are monitored by proximity switches. Flange pattern bores are drilled according to SCHRAGE factory standard or customer specifications. The robust SCHRAGE switch distributors can be manufactured in various materials and offer inlet/outlet widths from NW 150x150 to NW 1000x1000. Special designs as bell chute distributors are available on demand.

The Switch&Lock 360 quick coupling from Michel Tube is characterized by its simple operation, in which the operator only has to put the male and female parts together - without paying attention to the positioning of the female coupling. When assembling, no sealing resistance has to be overcome, as a special seal is used in the system. The coupling is clearly heard and seen by the locking bolt, as it is equipped with a visual gauge / red-backed marking. This means that it can be immediately recognized, especially in poorly accessible locations or at a distance, whether the system is correctly locked. Unlocking the system - even with vibrations - is basically impossible. Due to the guidance of the two bodies and the radii attached to the sockets, it is extremely easy for the operator to thread them in cleanly despite torsion on the hose. The sockets slide over each other first, and then the delivery pipe dips into the socket. The system impresses with two guide tubes, which ensure mechanical stability. The coupling can be inserted at any angle of 360°. To release it, the specially shaped spring bolt is lifted with one hand or two hands. The coupling is available in three materials and therefore price ranges, with the entry-level version consisting of a plastic housing, followed by a version made of aluminum or stainless steel for highly sensitive requirements. As the pipe adapter is always made of stainless steel, the Switch&Lock 360 coupling is generally - in all versions - only equipped with stainless steel parts in contact with the product. If the complete stainless steel version is selected, the system consists of almost 100% stainless steel.

Clean workplaces and reproducible product quality are of the greatest importance, and are a prerequisite for long-term employee and customer retention. A small component such as the EMKOM compensator, can play an absolutely decisive role in attaining these goals when handling dusty bulk materials. Many so-called compensators are much too stiff or even permeable; they certainly do not compensate for oscillations or external forces. Especially with materials which are a hazard to health, this leads to safety-relevant aspects which urgently require attention. The EMKOM silicone compensator permanently and reliably eliminates these weak spots. The many benefits with regard to permanent elasticity, aging resistance, suitability for use with foodstuffs, temperature resistance and the highest flexibility, make it an essential weighing technology component. In addition, it is a popular choice as vibration decoupling for dosing channels,and as a connecting element between system components. The bellow-shaped compensator possesses excellent mechanical properties for decoupling vertical oscillations. The level compensator has the advantage that two different pipe diameters can be connected together. For Ex-protected gas and dust areas we offer electrically conductive compensators with the corresponding manufacturer’s declaration. Due to the extremely flexible tensioning strap it is possible to connect different pipe diameters of the nominal size by means of a tensioning strap. The single-hand bag clamp is used to secure big bags, sacks or inliners. It is made entirely of stainless steel and can be operated with one hand. Thanks to the various interchangeable sealing inserts, the single-hand bag clamp can be used directly in food applications with FDA approval or as an optional electrically conductive version.

The disadvantages of conventionally installed impact beams are their time-consuming installation and the need to completely replace elements that are often only partially worn. It is not possible to react flexibly in places with only partial extreme wear in this way. Our new development now ensures the optimization of impact wear protection. The innovative system consists of assemblies with module components, a base plate and a guide rail for the module components, which allow a variable arrangement. The base plate can be welded to the base body. The assemblies can be combined with module components made of Pucest 65 Shore solid material and with module components with a hard metal surface for areas with the highest impact wear in order to respond to different wear stresses. The advantages of this system are obvious: it allows for quick and easy replacement of impact beam sections that are really worn. This results in low maintenance and servicing costs. The TailScrape works on the same principle as the AirScrape and complements it by sealing the transfer in the rear area. The intelligent blade structure on the underside ensures that negative pressure is created in the conveying area. Nothing can escape through the millimeter-thick gap because the negative pressure allows air to flow in. Dust generation and spills are reduced by up to 100%. The TailScrape works also without contact to the belt and can therefore be operated permanently without maintenance. Used together with the AirScrape, the TailScrape saves considerable costs and resources. The TailScrape supplements the AirScrape and seals the transfer for optimum results in the rear area of the transfer point.

Our tangential rotary valves are ideal for handling bulk materials with good conveying and flow properties up to a feed size of 35 mm, dependent on the size and the entire particle size range, in flooded feed condition. Because both the rotors and housings are precision-finished to the narrowest tolerances, the rotary valves made by Barl feature the highest possible degree of sealing integrity. Adjustable end plates are as standard as the outside bearing. The rotary valves are naturally also available in both pressure-shock-proof and ATEX-compliant design.
