With VisitConnect, you’ll receive all the contact details of the visitors digitally. You can then download a list of all your trade fair contacts. This makes it easier to follow up and ensures that no valuable contacts are lost.

FAQ
All exhibitors at SOLIDS & RECYCLING-TECHNIK Dortmund who use Visit Connect to scan visitor badges (smart badges) are eligible to participate in the competition. Important: Every exhibitor who uses Visit Connect on site will be automatically entered into the prize draw and have the chance to win one of the coveted prizes.
Please note: Visitors are excluded from the competition.
The competition begins on the first day of the trade fair, 18 March 2026, and ends on the second day of the trade fair, 19 March 2026.
The evaluation and prize draw will take place after the trade fair.
The winners will be contacted by e-mail (provided during stand personnel registration) after the trade fair. The prizes will then be sent by post or e-mail.
Competition terms and conditions
Conditions of participation
Participation in the competition organised by Easyfairs Deutschland GmbH, Balanstraße 73, 81541 Munich, hereinafter referred to as the organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Eligible participants
Natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and its affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example
a) in the event of manipulation in connection with the implementation of the competition,
b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,
c) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
The winners will be determined and announced at the end of the second day of the trade fair.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. A cash payment of the value of the prize is excluded. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

Liability
Easyfairs accepts no liability to the extent permitted by law. Easyfairs reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition without giving reasons.
Applicable law
The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these terms and conditions.
