About us
De-dusting solutions of Infastaub are used in various industrial areas, manufacturing processes and very different applications. The product range includes pocket filters, cartridge filters, bag filters, pleated element filters and cassette filters with pneumatic and mechanical cleaning. The filter units are used for de-dusting of pneumatic supports of bulk solids, for de-dusting of the exhaust air from pressure-pneumatically filled silos or containers, for continuous de-dusting of machines and workplaces, for de-dusting of mechanical transport and manufacturing processes, for separation of free flowing dust and bulk solids or for filtration of lung-current, harmful or toxic dust and suspended matter.
In the area of mechanically cleaned filters Infastaub produces shaking filter as ventilation filter, small-sized filter or standing filter. The filters are used for the exctraction of dust-laden air from machines and working places or for the dust removal of the displaced air from silos during the pneumatic filling by silo vehicles. Filter units with jet pulse cleaning are available as pocket filter, cartridge filter, cassette filter, pleated element filter and bag filter. Furthermore, Infastaub produces non-cleanable safety filters for the protection before compressors and processing machines as well as loading systems for the dust free loading of flowable, powdery or granulated bulk solids.

INFA-MICRON MKR
Two-stage cassette filter system for the reliable filtration of toxic dusts during the production of highly active pharmaceutical ingredients. The INFA-MICRON MKR cassette filter system is available as a cassette filter in either a single-stage or two-stage configuration, depending on requirements, and also as a downstream safety filter (police filter) without a cleaning unit. The modular filter series covers an air volume range from > 500 m³/h up to larger volume flows of approximately 20,000 m³/h through the parallel use of multiple filter modules. The two-stage design ensures residual dust levels down to 0.001 mg/m³. Filter media used include class H13 filter cassettes in the first filter stage with a cleaning unit and class H13 to U15 filter cassettes for the second filter stage without a cleaning unit. Requirements for operational safety and freedom from contamination, as well as the consideration of health and environmental aspects during dust extraction, necessitate the special design and manufacturing of these filter units. Risks associated with the filtration of highly active substances (HPPS), hazardous or toxic dusts, and respirable airborne particles are minimized with these units. INFA-MICRON MPR
Two-stage cartridge filter system for the reliable filtration of toxic dusts in the production of highly active pharmaceutical ingredients. Application: This two-stage filter system offers high operational reliability for dust removal in demanding manufacturing processes with particulate emissions, such as toxic dusts or powders. The INFA-MICRON MPR cartridge filter was developed for dusts that are not only highly hazardous but also difficult to filtration. The horizontally mounted filter cartridges are cleaned offline using a jet-pulse process and an additional top-level cleaning step. This process extends the range of applications to include more strongly adhering or sticky dusts. The jet-pulse process, with its intensive cleaning pulse, results in thorough cleaning of the filter cartridges. Additionally, the filter cartridges can be pre-coated or operated with a continuous additive injection system. This ensures long-term filter performance with a stable pressure drop. INFA-Jet IJS Filter series for dedusting in difficult filtration processes with adhesive, abrasive or combustible dusts. Area of application: The INFA-JET IJS series is a highly efficient aspiration filter that is particularly, but not exclusively, suitable for more demanding filtration processes with adhesive, abrasive or combustible dusts. Filter units in this series have a compact design with maximum filter surface area in a minimum of space. The series is designed for volume flows from approx. 2,000 to approx. 40,000 m³/h. The filter elements can be replaced quickly and easily via a large, front maintenance door. INFA-Vario-Jet AJV Multiple filter series for dedusting in the bulk solids industry with different filter media Area of application: The INFA-VARIO-JET AJV is especially suitable for dedusting pneumatic conveyors in the bulk materials industry. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel as standard. Due to its round design, the cartridge filter / bag filter can be used for over/under pressures of up to +/- 0.5 bar. The filter range is also suitable for all applications where a product/dust/air mixture is continuously generated over a longer period of time, i.e. also for dedusting mechanical transport and processing operations. Pocket filter INFA-JET AJN with pneumatic jet-pulse claining
The pocket filter system INFA-JET with pneumatical cleaning is a flexible modular system for continuous de-dusting of machines and workplaces. The extensive model range is suitable for volume flows of 100 m³/h to approx. 25,000 m³/h. Depending on the application different constructions and types are practical - high, low, round or rectangular. During the filtration phase, filter pockets or pleated filter elements are cleaned in periodic intervals by pulses of compressed air (jet cleaning). Dust or powdery products can be cleaned as well from exhaust air as from process gases. Almost every customer demand can be fulfilled with the pocket filter INFA-JET type AJN - the most economical solution both within requirements of the process technology as well as in case of difficult spatial situations can be realized. The pocket filter can be individual designed for every application by choice of appropriate version, e. g. with or without filter housing, with constructive explosion protection, with secondary filter stage, with adjacent or flanged fan, with dust discharge or as multi chambers variant. The INFA-JET pocket filter also allows to de-dust processes or products for which cartridge filters or other pleated filter elements cannot be used.

Cartridge filter INFA-MINI-JET AJM variable round filter series
The INFA-MINI-JET familiy is a versatile circular filter program. Customer-specific designs are available due to individual constructions. Because of an optional hot gas design, pressure resistance and gas-tightness, the fully automated cartridge filters ensure the separation of dust and powder products as well from exhaust air as from process gases. During the filtration phase the cleaning of the filter cartridges is done in periodic intervals by pulses of compressed air (jet-pulse cleaning). The cartridge filter sizes cover a volume flow of 20 m³/h to 12,000 m³/h.

Round filter INFA-VAIO-JET AJV as bag filter for dedusting of bulk materials
The bag filter INFA-VARIO-JET AJV is especially suitable for dedusting pneumatic conveying processes of bulk materials. All parts in contact with the product are manufactured of stainless steel serially. Because of the round construction, the bag filter is applicable for overpressure / low pressure up to +/- 0.5 bar. But this filter series can be used generally for all cases where a product / dust / air mixture continuously arises over a long period of time. It is also suitable for de-dusting of mechanical transporting and manufacturing processes.

The pleated element filter INFA-LAMELLEN-JET AJL is a highly efficient aspiration filter for separation of dry, non-sticky dusts. The series is designed for volume flows of approx. 2,000 up to approx. 40,000 m³/h. The exchange of the filter elements is carried out fast and simply via a big frontal maintenance door.

Aspiration filters of this series achieve a maximum filter surface area on minimum space requirements because of their pleated filter elements (filter lamellas).The model AJL Duo with integrated secondary filter stage (particulate filter cassette in quality H13 according to DIN EN 1822) is used mainly in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Cassette filter INFA-MICRON MKR for dedusting of sophisticated processes
The cassette filter system INFA-MICRON MKR is available as cleanable dust collector with one or two filter stages as well as non-cleanable, downstream safety filter. The filter sizes cover air volume ranges of > 500 m³/h. Big volume flows can be cleaned by parallel arrangement of several units. The 2-stage design guarantees residual dust contents as low as 0.001 mg/m³. Filter cassettes of class H13 are used as filter media for the cleanable 1st stage and H13 to U15 for the non-cleanable 2nd stage

Cartridge filter INFA-MOCRON MPR for dedusting of sophisticated processes
The cartridge filter INFA-MICRON MPR was especially developed for dust which are high potentially dangerous and also are filtration-technically demanding. Its horizontally inserted filter cartridges are cleaned by a jet pulse system, supported by a special injector and upper area regeneration of the cartridge (offline). This method allows the separation also with adhesive or sticking dusts, because the jet pulse cleaning brings in higher cleaning energy into the filter cartridges than the backflush system of cassette filters. In addition, the filter cartridges can be precoated or operated with a continuous additive supply. The cleanability is thereby preserved on a long-term. The MPR cartridge filter is a user-friendly and high efficient dedusting unit. Efficiency of this filter series covers a wide range of filtration duties in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical and nuclear-technical industry. The processes in these industrial branches are very demanding on dust separation efficiency. Infastaub offers suitable handling systems according to requirements of contamination protection. Like the cassette filter MKR the maintenance staff can carry out the dust disposal and the change of filter media free of contamination (up to OEB 4 | 1-10 µg/m³) with the help of the "Safe-Change" system.

Shaking filter INFA-MAT AM with mechanical cleaning for dedusting of exhaust air
The pocket filter INFA-MAT AM is a sturdy and easily mechanical cleanable filter unit. Because of the compact design the installation is also possible in case of constricted space. The proven shaking system ensures an effective cleaning of the filter cloth at low investment and maintenance costs. The modular variety of the INFA-MAT pocket filter series allows an optimum adaption of the filter units to specific needs. Several types are possible for different dedusting tasks: Vent filters with/without fan for dedusting of conveyor equipment or silos Dedusting unit with hopper and dust bin. Also available with integrated fan. Design possible as one chamber filter or multi chamber filter Bag emptying filter consisting of sack discharge, filter unit and integrated suction fan Optional secondary filter stage for residual dust contents less than 1 mg/m³ Filter surface from 6 - 180 m² for volume flows up to approx. 16,000 m³/h Operating mode: INFA-MAT pocket filters are mechanically cleaned by a shaking system after completing the dedusting process. Fans of the filter units have to be switched off during cleaning. Cleaning period is normally 30 seconds. The filter cloth with its combined pockets is easily accessible via a big front door. It is kept in a sliding frame, so that change of filter media is quickly and easily practicable.

The INFA-JETRON AJB is a fully automatic silo filter for dust separating of exhaust air from silos or containers filled by pneumatic pressure. The easy handling during assembly and maintenance, the durability and reliability as well as the low price have satisfied our clients since launch of this filter. A special design for low temperatures down to -40 °C is available as well as a version for food, where all components in contact with the product are approved according to regulation EU 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011.

Fully automatic silo filter INFA-JETRON AJP for dust separating of exhaust air from silos or containers filled by pneumatic pressure
The INFA-JETRON AJP ..4 silo filter uses the advantages of the AJB and matches them with identical flange size of the shaker filter AM 204, which has been installed on silos for many years. The connecting flanges on the silos don‘t have to be changed if a mechanically cleaned AM 204 is exchanged by a jet-pulse filter. These costs are saved if investing in a new filter. The filter can be applied for de-dusting of pneumatic or mechanical conveying processes as well as of processing machines, e.g. dosing plants, sieves, mills, mixers, air locks, sack tipping units etc.

Safety filter INFA-INLINE-FILTER INF used for all kinds of processes
The INFA-INLINE filter INF is a non-cleanable safety filter used to protect compressors and processing machines, e. g. in closed loops. It can be arranged on the over-pressure side or suction side. When the max. allowed filter pressure drop is reached the filter cartridges will be replaced. The essential constructive elements base on the proven AJM series. The housing strength is designed for over pressure / low pressure up to +/ - 0.5 bar g. The filter housing can optionally be made of stainless steel.
