About us
Stainless steel equipment and tanks are the specialty of A. Leering Enschede. With a wide range of production methods and its depth of know-how, our company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and has the approval to fabricate pressure vessels according to PED (2014 / 68 / EU).
A special product manufactured by our company is Thermplate®.
Thermplate® is used to heat or cool liquids. It is used as a double-walled heat exchanger which is structured so that the cooling or heating medium is contained between the walls of the pressure vessel. Thermplate is fabricated in any desired form using a fiber laser system using laser welding technology.
In order to guarantee the flow and the turbulence of the medium, the sheets obtain a special pattern during the welding process. The medium used for heating can be hot water, steam, saturated steam or thermal oil. For cooling the medium can be water, chilled water, glycol, ammonia or Freon.
As an alternative we can also manufacture tanks with half-pipe coil.

Thermplate® products
For heat transfer, efficiency is of great importance. In order to offer the highest possible efficiency, Leering developed the dimple jacket Thermplate®. This double-walled heat and cold transfer system is widely used in our tanks and equipment. Compared to traditional systems such as half pipe coil, double wall, dimple jacket and shell in tube, Thermplate® provides a particularly high efficiency.
Pressure vessels
We manufacture pressure tanks according to PED (directive 2014/68/EU). We can manage the entire process for you, from design, strength calculation and manufacturing to the final acceptance by a NoBo (= Notified Body, such as TÜV, Lloyds etc.). In this case we act as the manufacturer and apply the CE mark. We can also manufacture the pressure tank for you.
Plate heat exchangers
Leering Bulk Solids Heat Exchangersare designed to heat, cool, or condition bulk materialsindirectly —without direct contact between the product and the heat transfer medium. This makes them ideal for granular, powder, or pelletized solid materials. Any dry, free-flowing, and heat-sensitive productcan typically be processed using Leering Bulk Solids Heat Exchangers, provided the particle size is relatively uniform and the material doesn’t cake or clump.
