Loading system type MODUFLEX
Loading system type MODUFLEX Loading chutes are used in order to loose load bulk solids onto silo lorries, containers and ships without polluting the environment. With the MODUFLEX product range, we can offer the appropriate solution for any application. Tailor-made solutions according to customer requirements are also available. The modular construction of this system is unique. Essentially it consists of: • Inlet with motor winch • Modular section with chute modules on the outside and guide cones inside • Outlet By the modular structure length adaptations are also possible afterwards and repair on the basic of damages of the loading chute can be carried out with minimum interruption of loading. This means low maintenance costs and working expenses. The execution of the loading systems differs in: • closed loading into silo trucks or containers • open loading on flatbed trucks, tips or ships • combined loading
VIBOSTAR® bin activators
VIBOSTAR® bin activator has been developed for silos with a conical outfeed, for discharging fine-grained and powdery bulk materials. AGRICHEMA’s VIBOSTAR® bin activator is suspended in silos’ discharge areas by special silent blocks. An elastic collar ensures dust-free connection. Unbalance motors cause the system to vibrate. The deflector transmits the vibrations into the material column, and the loosened bulk solids flow through the discharge funnel.
SHOCK-BLOWER® air-blast units
The SHOCK-BLOWER® reliably clears material deposits and keeps bulk solids flowing. AGRICHEMA’s SHOCK-BLOWER® system enables individual solutions for all sectors of the bulk solids industry. For over 40 years now, buildups of bulk solids have been successfully cleared with the SHOCK-BLOWER® air blast system. SHOCK-BLOWER® air blast devices store compressed air (or inert gas), then release it as needed in the manner of an explosion. SHOCK-BLOWER® air blast devices with hot-dip galvanized compressed air tanks and valve seats made from CrNi steel have been designed for a long service life and high levels of operational safety. Thanks to the unique valve technology, which pneumatically closes the piston in just milliseconds, you can save up to 50% compressed air/power. At normal temperature range SHOCK-BLOWER®s are used in transfer hoppers and chutes, dust pipes, filters, mills, sifting machines and more. At high temperature range SHOCK-BLOWER®s are used in cyclones and pipes, preheaters and heat exchangers, clinker brick chutes, grate cooler inlets, incineration plants, small-scale firing systems and lots of other places. The POWER PACK system for the SHOCK-BLOWER® is intended for use when space for installing and servicing multiple SHOCK-BLOWER® units is very tight. The POWER PACK station with 1 compressed air tank and up to 8 external valve units can be installed in easily accessible places. The exhaust points are connected via appropriate pipes, enabling air to be blasted from several meters’ distance. The strength of the air blasts is not appreciably reduced by the extra distance.

Bulk solids need to be shut off, dispensed and metered using various process technologies. These involve: • Shutoff valves • Rotary feeders • Way distributors AGRICHEMA has a wide and varied product range. Shutoff valves are fitted underneath bunkers, silos and tanks in order to shut off bulk materials. Way distributors are used to divert bulk solids into different directions. Rotary feeders are used for discharging and metering bulk solids.
