About us
For 35 years, Arodo has specialized in the production of customized packaging lines for producers of high-quality powders. The development, design and manufacture of dosing, weighing, bagging, palletizing and stretching systems is based in our headquarters in Arendonk, Belgium.
Thanks to our unique focus on specific powder packaging lines ,we can now call ourselves the market leader. Our innovative AROVAC® technology is the only system in the world capable of vacuum packing powders with our bag filling machines.
Products
Bag filling machines
Our PLC-controlled bag filling machines – also bagging installations or baggers – are available as standard for bags with net weights of 5 to 50 kg. Arodo systems can be adapted for a wide range of bag types: preformed bags made of paper, PE or PP, tubular film bags only in PE, or a system that can fill both types of bags. Safe transport of the spread bag to the sealing station is ensured by a pick-up mechanism that takes the bag step by step from station to station. The systems can be fitted with different dosing units to accommodate the most diverse of product properties.
Bag vacuuming stations - AROVAC®
Is packaging products with a large quantity of air also such a challenge for you? Arodo has developed a unique AROVAC system to do this. We are at present the only machine manufacturer in the world who can vacuum package products such as cement. We also use this system to vacuum pack products with long shelf lives such as powdered milk. Advantages: no (micro)perforation required in the bag, water- and weather-resistant, no influence of humidity and oxygen, clean bags, no dust or odour nuisance. For use as a complete machine or as part of another machine. Alternative solutions to pack similar products are available as well. Capacity: up to 1,000 bags/hour.
Palletisers
At Arodo you can find a complete range of palletisers with accessories. We offer a specific solution depending on the requirements made of stacking the bags. Requirements may concern the type of product, flexibility, stability, pallet size, pressing force, stacking pattern, etc. We have a palletiser (slider or gripper) for practically any product and application. Some advantages of the Arodo palletisers include: high pallet stability, freely programmable control and modular construction so our palletisers fit in any space. Capacity: up to 2,500 bags/hour.
Stretch hooders
The Arodo stretch hooders have been specially developed for the quick and efficient packaging of pallets with stretch hoods. Ideal for pallets stacked with bags or FIBCs (flexible intermediate bulk containers). The hood is absolutely watertight and offers optimal protection against all weather conditions and dust. The pallet stability is optimal. Central operation takes place using a touchscreen.
