eLCC (Electrified Linear Calcination Conveyor)
AUMUND eLCC Technology An innovative and energy efficient solution for the produktion of calcined clay AUMUND Fördertechnik GmbH, a global leader in conveying technology with over 27,000 installations worldwide, announces its official market launch of the groundbreaking electrified Linear Calcination Conveyor (eLCC). This innovative, patented solution directly supports the cement industry's transition to sustainable production methods, specifically enabling efficient clay calcination for Limestone Calcined Clay Cement (LC3). The eLCC incorporates the following advanced design elements and features: • Triple Heat Barrier System: Advanced engineering limits chain and roller temperatures while maintaining optimal calcination conditions • Heat Deflector Technology: Strategically positioned sheets at the drive and clamping station minimise heat loss and create distinct calcination zones • Inert Gas Purging Capability: Controls color variations from iron oxidation, ensuring consistent product quality • Complete Enclosure and Insulation: Maximizes thermal efficiency and minimizes environmental heat loss

AUMUND Bucket Elevator
Reliable operation, high conveying capacities, longevity and low operational costs characterize AUMUND bucket elevators. Depending on the material to be conveyed and how corrosive the atmosphere is on site, the belt or chain bucket elevators supplied by AUMUND can be either completely or partly manufactured in stainless steel.

AUMUND Rotary Discharge Machine type LOUISE BEW
Rotary Discharge Machines type LOUISE BEW ensure reliable extraction of challenging bulk materials from storage halls, stockpiles, hoppers and silos. They are suitable for the handling of materials such as limestone, marl, dolomite, natural and FGD gypsum, coal and ores, as well as the additives used in the cement, iron and steel or power industries.

AUMUND Material Feeder type Samson®
The Samson® Material Feeder from AUMUND is a discharge conveyor which receives bulk materials directly from trucks or other vehicles and unloads rail wagons or front-end loaders. A flexible solution chosen in many industries and applications all over the world for its technical benefits and its cost-effectiveness.

AUMUND Discharge System type CENTREX®
CENTREX® is an excellent solution for discharge of silos or bins where sticky materials with challenging flow properties are stored. A logarithmically shaped discharge arm moves the material to the central discharge outlet. It extracts the material from underneath the full bulk material column whilst at the same time undercutting at the external silo wall to avoid bulk material build-up and idle zones.

AUMUND Arched Plate Conveyor type BPB
A core application of the AUMUND BPB Arched Plate Conveyor is to discharge from hoppers materials such as clay, marl, natural or FGD gypsum, anhydrite and pozzolan, when they have a high moisture content and are sticky. Another key function of the heavy-duty versions of the Arched Plate Conveyor, BPB-S or BPB-SF, is to receive as-mined raw material and feed to a primary crusher at the quarry.

AUMUND Chain Conveyors Type LOUISE TKF
Chain conveyors are generally used where sticky bulk materials such as chalk, gypsum, clay or raw coal are to be extracted from a hopper. For such applications AUMUND recommends the PKF armoured chain conveyor. For extraction of filter dust or additives the AUMUND TKF Chain Conveyor Type LOUISE is often used. As this machine conveys bulk material in a closed trough, and the impact on the environmental is minimised.

Push Chain Bucket Elevator
AUMUND Push Chain Bucket Elevator The next generation of bulk material conveying The Push Chain Bucket Elevator is a patented vertical conveyor for controlled transportation of bulk materials. Its low space requirement and high equipment flexibility are important criteria for its implementation in many branches of industry, such as cement, fertilizer, ports and terminals (for loading and unloading ships), offshore loading stations, mining, minerals and metallurgy. Supported by the DBU (German Federal Environmental Association) this vertical conveyor is also a sustainable alternative compared with other Bucket Elevators.
