Weighing module B10-MB
Calibratable weighing module with elastomer bearing and base plate The loadblock B10-MB was specially developed for B10N and B10S bending beam load cells. Due to the introduction of the force with an elastomer, the optimal introduction of the load is guaranteed. The base and bottom plate is made of stainless steel. The elastomer bearing provides compensation for misalignments, shock loads and light vibrations. At the same time, it is self-centring via elastomer restoring forces. Optionally, B10N load cells, made of non-corrosive steel or the BS10 made of alloyed steel, can be mounted. Weighing of small and medium containers, mixers and tanks. Weighing module K30-ME
Calibratable weighing module made of stainless steel, with base plate and rubber-metal bearing force receptor The K30-ME mounting kit was specially developed for the shear beam load cells of the K30 series. A rubber-metal bearing, which compensates for the lateral forces and at the same time positions the load carrier, ensures optimal force reception. WTQ
The WTQ is a digital weighing transmitter with a 24-bit A/D converter. This converts the output signals of the connected load cells into a stable weight value. This versatile and extremely reliable weight transmitter for connecting 4 load cells directly (16 load cells in parallel). The transmitter has both analog and digital outputs, which provide stable measurement information. Communication takes place via an RS-485 interface. Programmable relay outputs and two digital logic inputs are also included as standard. The optional analog output provides an analog signal proportional to the weight, which can be processed by a PLC or a PC. The WTQ Ethernet2 has two equivalent RJ 45 ports that are connected as a mini switch. This means that several devices can be connected in a network in a space-saving manner without an external switch. A patch cable is sufficient between the devices. Fieldbus measuring transducer This weighing transmitter enables the monitoring of various production processes using the industry standards of bus technology and is a cost-effective alternative to comparable electronics from PLC manufacturers. The variety of available fieldbus interfaces enables easy and safe integration of weighing systems into any automation system. As an option, the industrial measuring amplifier with PLC interfaces and fieldbuses is available: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET IO, Ethernet IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherCAT, DeviceNet, CANopen, POWERLINK, CC-Link, IO Link, Sercos III.
Weighing terminal PMW
The weighing terminal for filling and mixing applications The Bosche PMW process weighing terminal handles simple and complex filling and mixing applications. It offers standard and individual programs for filling processes that can be configured as required. It is ideal for silo weighing, container weighing, dosing devices and mixer weighing. With the PMW, filling and mixing applications for up to 14 components can be quickly configured - without complex and costly programming. You can choose between five operating modes: BASE, LOAD, UNLOAD, 03 PRODUCTS and 06 PRODUCTS. This weighing transmitter enables the monitoring of various production processes with the industry standards of bus technology and is a cost-effective alternative to comparable electronics from PLC manufacturers. Weighing Module K30-MN
The stainless steel weighing module enables the simple and problem-free integration of the laser-welded K30N load cells. A particular advantage of this module is the central load introduction, which takes place via two hardened ball sockets and a ball. Even with parasitic forces such as wind loads on silos or lateral forces on containers, the exact load introduction is guaranteed - for always precise measurement results.
Weighing module for silo scales D15N-MS
The D15S-MS is a weighing module for constructing container, tank and silo scales. The system consists of a stainless steel load cell, a load introduction and a floor console. The load cell modules only need to be connected to a scale display of your choice using the terminal boxes provided. If required, the container scale can be pre-calibrated at the factory (please order calibration separately) and is then ready for use immediately after installation. The weighing modules are installed directly between the foundation and the container base.

With the Silo Scale Kit with IoT/Cloud remote monitoring, BOSCHE presents a modular solution at SOLIDS that enables online weight and fill-level monitoring for silos, tanks and containers—accessible via web portal or app. The system combines robust weighing technology with modern connectivity: an LTE-enabled IoT gateway securely transmits measurement data to the BOSCHE Cloud. This gives operators real-time transparency of stocks, improves replenishment planning and helps optimize processes across logistics, production and silo operations. For added operational safety, the solution supports real-time alerts when defined limit values are exceeded.
