Products
PM-Tec® for fine dust filtration
PM-Tec filter media is the solution to fulfill the increasingly strict fine dust requirements. They guarantee a minimal dust emission level, therefore near “zero emissions” are possible. Due to the laminated ePTFE membrane on the raw gas side, PM-Tec® filter media separates fine dust in the submicron range on the surface. At a glance • no penetration of the dust into the substrate • excellent cleaning properties through a smooth, anti-adhesive surface • minimal emission level, zero emission is almost possible flow permanent temperature resistance up to 260 °C, temperature peak up to 288 °C • water-repellent • chemically resistant
FoodTec® filter for the food industry
BWF Envirotec’s FoodTec® filter media, is a certified food safe product with declaration of conformity according to regulation (EU) No. 10/2011*. It is also backed with our ISO 9001 certificate and the Good Manufacturing Practice GMP EC 2023/2006. At a glance - does not contain any harmful substances that alter the composition of the food or impair its organoleptic properties - with declaration of conformity according to regulation (EU) No. 10/2011, compliant with FDA 21 CFR §176 resp. §177, manufactured according to GMP EC 2023/2006
ExCharge® filter for optimum explosion protection

Flow analysis and CFD simulation to determine the optimization potential
Stationary flow measurement With our measuring system, the flow characteristics in the filter bag are measured, analyzed and assessed. Computational Fluid Dynamics – CFD simulation In conjunction with you, our service team develops the relevant data for a 3D flow simulation that shows the actual status of your cleaning system. Solutions for optimization of cleaning of the filtration system are indicated based on the data analysis.
