Belt, chain, and central-chain bucket elevators for a continuous, vertical transport of materials from powdered to grainy consistence DI MATTEO has been a leader in the production of high-capacity bucket elevators for decades, and we provide complete, new systems based on your materials, applications, and in-house circumstances. Of course we can also provide replacement parts for your existing equipment.
ODM – Pipe elbow QuattroTUBE
Pipe elbows are used in pressure and vacuum conveyance in nearly all industrial branches that deal with bulk materials. Pneumatic conveyors are very popular due to their simple construction and flexible trajectories. We have taken it upon ourselves to develop pipe elbow to improve in the areas that we find important – wear and durability. Our pipe elbows hold up to the constantly increasing demands in the various industrial branches.
ODM – Drag chain conveyors TKF/KKF
When it comes to continuous conveyors, the drag chain conveyor (also known as the spillage conveyor) is counted among the most tested and important kinds of transport for a wide variety of bulk materials.
ODM – Surface feeder GFK
Surface feeders are suitable for loading material, or feeding coarse and poor-flowing bulk materials or break bulk goods. Conveyor systems have to be able to hold up to a lot, when it comes to coarse and poor-flowing bulk materials and break bulk goods. The surface feeder was designed to satisfy these high demands, in order to provide you with the system you need.

Our Sidewall belt conveyor is suitable for horizontal, inclined, and vertical transportation of nearly all types of bulk materials, and it belongs to a group of equipment known as steep and vertical conveyors.

We are very flexible when it comes to building silos, and we offer a variety of structural forms – from round to rectangular to poly-sided. Everything is tailored to your materials and your needs. Starting with the flow properties of your materials and your general needs, we develop, create, and install the optimum silo system for you. We are also the right partner for the related filling and discharging mechanisms, shut-off devices, and other fittings.
ODM – Belt weigh feeder GraviSCALE DBW
Development of a continuous and reliable gravimetric dosing of bulk materials in every process in the “heavy industry” Many automated production processes require continuous weighing and dosing. Belt weigh feeders can measure and control the throughput of materials. The precision of measurements and reliability are thereby paramount. Based on more than 50 years of experience with bulk materials in the “heavy industry” and on expertise with the revolutionary ODM – WeighTUBE®, we resolved to develop the new belt weigh feeder ODM – GraviSCALE.
ODM – DiscSCREEN SSM
The ODM-DiscSCREEN SSM is used for the separation of oversized, three-dimensional lumps from free-flowing bulk materials of different fractions – so protecting the downstream units in your plant against this undesirably coarse material.
ODM - Inline air separator AirSEP IPS
Separation of heavy particles in pneumatic conveying systems The bulk material is pneumatically transported into the special and patented ODM-Inline air separator AirSEP IPS, where the lighter particles are separated from heavier ones by a vertical gravity sifting process. Without any further separation air, the air flow of the pneumatic transport system is used for the separation. The lighter particles leave the ODM-Inline air separator AirSEP IPS in the top and continue the pneumatic transport. The heavier particles are discharged in the bottom of the separator by slide gates during the pneumatic conveying.
