Hamex® Hammer mill
The Hamex® Hammer Mill has been used for decades to reduce, grind, and sift all kinds of products. To exactly the right product composition and size. With a Hamex® Hammer Mill you achieve the perfect result in an efficient, reliable, and safe process.

Centrifugal Sifter
Dinnissen's Centrifugal Sifters make it possible to sieve large quantities of product quickly and accurately. The centrifugal force in the rotating, cylindrical sieve ensures that the product is evenly sieved.

Micro Dosing System with an accuracy of 1 gram
Production requirements in the powder industry are becoming increasingly strict. Whereas initially, a dosing accuracy of 100 grams was sufficient for processing bulk materials, the demand came for a much more accurate dosing system. In response to this demand, our engineering department has developed a Micro Dosing System with an accuracy of 1 gram.

Pegasus® Vacuum Core Coater
Enrich your product with nutritious and healthy substances, without the grains sticking or losing substances! With the Pegasus® Vacuum Coater, you apply exactly the right amount of liquid to your porous product and allow this liquid to penetrate deep into the product using a vacuum. With this machine, developed entirely by Dinnissen, you effortlessly add aromas, oils, vitamins, minerals and enzymes to granules, pellets and other extruded products. The mixing principle also makes it easy to adhere powders to the product.

Pegasus® Mixer
Years of experience and innovation have enabled Dinnissen to establish a strong line of Pegasus® Mixers. Our in-house developed, perfected, and proven mixing techniques form the basis of all these different mixers. This basis is further expanded with process steps that can be combined with mixing. We think along with our customers and ensure that our machines contribute to an optimal production process, whatever the question may be. Within one production process and one mixer, several process steps can be combined.

Bag-in-box
This machine makes it possible to place bags fully automatically in boxes, before filling them. Subsequently, the boxes can be packed, labeled and transported. With this addition to the production process, Dinnissen can automate its customers' processes even more efficiently.

Big-Bag conditioner
For many manufacturers, emptying Big Bags is a difficult and time-consuming process. The Big Bag Conditioner makes this a thing of the past. The system first loosens highly compacted products in the Big Bags, after which the Big Bags can be emptied smoothly and quickly.

High-Care Big Bag Filling System
In industries where very precise conditions are required, the High-Care Big Bag Filling System is the solution. With high-quality technology developed by Dinnissen, the Big Bags are filled hygienically in ultra-clean cleanrooms. Dirt-sensitive pallets are kept outside these cleanrooms. During the filling process, the Big Bags are transported through a special guide system, minimizing their contact with any kind of contamination.

Pneumatic Transport
One of the most common techniques used to transport bulk goods is pneumatics. Using air or gas, the product is transported with high precision and hygiene. Pneumatic transport offers several options. Bulk goods can be transported with negative or positive pressure, you can transport the goods by dilute-phase transport or dense-phase transport, and you can choose gas or air.

Multisize Sample Carousel
The Multifunctional Sample Carousel enables the fully automatic sampling of samples with varying sizes. You determine the size of the samples, and how many samples of a particular size you need. Whereas the Sample Carousel could already take multiple samples completely automatically, the Multifunctional Sample Carousel takes things one step further. As the name suggests, this solution allows you to specify exactly what the sample sizes should be and how many samples of those sizes should be taken.

Pegasus® R&D Mixer
For product development and research purposes, the purchase of a large mixer is in most cases not necessary at all. Experiments are often done with small quantities because a new batch has to be run after each small adjustment. For these purposes, Dinnissen has developed the Pegasus® R&D Mixer. This is a small mixer ranging from 10 to 200 liters, which allows you to experiment quickly and efficiently with different product compositions and techniques.

Dima® Bag Emptying System
The modularly designed DIMA® series is characterized by its efficient and ergonomic bagged product intake, capable of handling between 1 and over 1,200 bags per hour. The DIMA® series includes multiple emptying systems, designed to suit the product you are working with and the desired capacity.

Breaker
A breaker reduces large chunks, lumps, and agglomerates into smaller pieces. Dinnissen breakers are robust and achieve high capacities with low energy consumption. From 100 kg to 80 tons per hour, with finenesses ranging from 150 microns to 10 mm.

Sampling system
In the past, many companies relied on manual sampling. In many cases, this method of sampling is labor intensive, impractical, and unreliable. Dinnissen's Sampling System enables producers to take samples fully automatically at the specified frequency and a preset volume or weight. No operator invention is required.

Big Bag Emptying
Dinnissen’s modular Big Bag Unloading Station ensures safe and ergonomic product intake. Big Bags are emptied effortlessly and dust-free, after which the product can be further transported or processed. As the name suggests, there are many possible versions of the Big Bag Unloading Station. Dinnissen delivers an optimal solution, adjusted to the desired results and the product to be processed.
