As a universal shredding system for smaller quantities and frequently changing applications, it is designed and geared to handle a wide variety of waste fractions, such as commercial waste, construction waste, mattresses, bio waste as well as waste wood or green waste. Ihre Hauptaufgaben: • Einkauf und Beschaffung von Stahlbau, Komponenten, Dreh- und Frästeile, Hydraulik, Schweißbaugruppen, inkl. Angebotseinholung und -vergleich sowie Verhandlungsfüh-rung • Suche, Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten sowie Abschluss, Bear-beitung und Überprüfung von Rahmenvereinbarungen und Verträgen • Pflege und Analyse von Lieferanten- und Produktdaten • Durchführung von Audits in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement, Sicher-stellung der Qualitätsvorgaben und Überwachung von abteilungsbezogenen Kennzah-len • Aktive Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams und im Produktentstehungsprozess (PEP) • Durchführung von Wertanalysen und Vorbereitung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen • Zusammenarbeit mit allen Unternehmensbereichen zur Einhaltung von DIN-ISO-Normen, Anweisungen und Richtlinien

In deiner Ausbildung zum/zur Industriekaufmann/-frau lernst du, wie ein Unternehmen betriebswirtschaftlich funktioniert. Du durchläufst diverse Abteilungen – von Einkauf und Vertrieb über Marketing bis hin zu Controlling und Finanzbuchhaltung. Außerdem bekommst du Einblicke in die Zollabteilung, um die internationalen Geschäftsprozesse und den weltweiten Warenverkehr kennenzulernen. So erhältst du einen umfassenden Überblick über alle kaufmännischen Abläufe. Damit du auch die technische Seite kennenlernst, ist ein Einsatz in der Fertigung und Montage fest eingeplant. So erlebst du hautnah mit, wie unsere Maschinen gefertigt werden und welche Abläufe hinter der Produktion stehen.
