Products

Woven Wire Cloth
One of our core products is rectangular mesh - a mesh for general applications and screening tasks. Wire cloth has been produced by us on automatic looms for over 60 years. Today, we weave corrosion- and heat-resistant stainless steel mesh with mesh sizes ranging from a few μm to 20 mm for countless industries. Our weaving mills in Dorsten, Czech Republic and China can economically produce the metal meshes in high technical design. Fabric design and quality monitoring are planned and controlled according to our customers' tasks. Our many years of experience, coupled with the latest technology, make our metal meshes the first choice for screening applications. The essential characteristic of wire meshes is the mesh weave and the resulting mesh shape. The square or rectangular mesh is the most common of all mesh shapes. It is also classically used for screening and classifying. The variations of metal mesh and its possibilities to be redesigned are extremely diverse and are adapted to the customer's specific application.

Welded Mesh
You can find the right mesh for your application from our wide range of welding meshes. If we do not have the right mesh in stock (material, mesh size, wire gauge, surface finish), we can manufacture it in our plant according to your requirements. Your requirement determines our welded mesh. In the production process, longitudinal and transverse wires are firmly connected to each other at each crossing point by means of electrical resistance welding. The result is a stable mesh composite that can be either light or open, flexible or strong or heavy and rigid. rigid. Dorstener Drahtwerke has more than 60 years of experience in the production of welded mesh. We manufacture with high-tech welding machines. A motivated, innovative team of employees manufactures precise meshes and assembles them according to customer requirements. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
