EURAGGLO S.A.S
About us
Euragglo SAS is a French company specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of briquetting and granulation equipment.
These units allow to agglomerate in briquettes or granules, different types of powders as fines of coal, charcoal, steel mill by-products, ores and minerals ...
The goal of this briquetting technology is to recycle fines from various processes, facilitate logistics as handling, transport and storage or the final use of fine valuable raw materials. Active worldwide, the group has installed more than 500 units since 1968 in more than 40 countries on 5 continents.
EURAGGLO has many references in agglomeration and granulation in different fields such as chemicals, ores and minerals and steel industry.
As a system designer Euragglo offers its own equipment : roller presses and compactors, sizers-crushers, alone or integrated
into complete systems with the achievement of basic or detail engineering if requested by the customer.

Press E48
The EURAGGLO E48 model is a versatile and dependable press design for briquetting/compaction operations requiring medium to high pressures. This press is used for production flow rates from 2 to 10 T/h depending on the raw materials. Applications are numerous and include clay, sodium chloride, coal, fertilizers… Here is a video that we want to show you how briquetting process works : https://www.linkedin.com/posts/euragglo-sas_industrialmachinery-briquetting-euragglo-activity-7262819111603245056-VdDs?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAEZ8-CwBV6DBIGjCDUXBB5e_571d3ZL5ouU

Press B400B
The model B400B is a rugged machine designed specifically for briquetting operations requiring high pressures combined with ease of roll change. Typical applications include inorganic chemicals such as quick lime (CaO) and metal powders.

Press B050A
The B050A roller press is designed specifically for research and development for briquetting or compacting process. It can also serve as a production unit, when required capacity of the machine is small. Material of construction for parts in contact with processed material are corrosion resistant (Nitronic 30, 304 stainless steel). Press B220B
The Model B220B is a rugged machine designed specifically for briquetting operations requiring high pressures combined with ease of roll change. This versatile machine can be used for production or as a laboratory research unit. Typical applications include inorganic chemicals such as quick lime (CaO) and metal powders.

Copper and steel briquettes
We can operate on a wide selection of materials, as shown here with metals of varying density and texture, with a clean, smooth and sale-ready finish.

Different types of post-compaction granules
We also provide granulation methods to optimize the size of the final product.

Mineral briquettes
Our presses are designed to handle a wide range of materials: wood, steel, glass wool, rock wool, chemicals, coal, salt, fertilizers, etc.
Salt Briqueting
Salt briquetting involves compacting powdered salt into solid blocks. This form has several advantages: it facilitates handling, reduces dust, optimises storage and enables more precise dosing in industrial applications. In particular, salt briquettes are used in water softeners and in certain industrial processes where slow, controlled dissolution is required. It's a practical, clean and efficient solution tailored to professional requirements. Lime briqueting
The purpose of briquetting quicklime and dolomite (or dolomite) is to improve their use in industrial processes. Quicklime, which is highly reactive in powder form, is difficult to handle as it is. Briquetting enables it to be transformed into compact blocks, reducing the risks associated with dust while making it easier to transport, store and dose. Dolomite, a double carbonate of calcium and magnesium, follows the same principle: in briquetted form, it is more stable and suited to high temperatures, particularly in the steel industry. These briquettes guarantee better mechanical strength and controlled reactivity in furnaces.
