Return training frames

Regular rollers reliably prevent conveyor belt misalignment and simultaneously protect the sensitive belt edges. To ensure flawless operation even under real-world conditions, the rollers are equipped with a dirt-repellent special rubber (60° Shore). This ensures stable function even if the drum shell is not completely clean. Our regular rollers are suitable for both standard and reversible conveyor belts and offer a robust, low-maintenance solution for daily use. How it works: When the belt is running straight, the longitudinal axis of the roller shell is at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel of the conveyor belt. If the belt misaligns, the roller shell tilts slightly forward due to the belt's own weight, creating a pre-run. This pre-run counteracts the misalignment and automatically returns the belt to the correct position. As soon as the belt is running smoothly again, the roller shell returns to its starting position. This self-regulating movement is made possible by a central ball joint and the defined axis position.

Knocker rolls

Knocking rollers are an effective solution for removing stubborn, stuck‑on material from cleated conveyor belts. They are used in situations where a traditional conveyor belt cleaning brush cannot be installed — or they can be combined with a brush system to further enhance overall cleaning performance. By striking the inner belt surface, knocking rollers loosen and dislodge material without damaging the belt. Installed on the return side near the drive drum, they are particularly effective in areas where material buildup is most common. Knocking rollers are ideal for cleated belts as well as heavily worn or uneven belts where other cleaning systems reach their limits. They help stabilize belt operation, reduce wear, and minimize material carryback, contributing to a cleaner and more efficient conveyor system.

Carrying frame

Carrying frame The carrying frame prevents belt misalignment and guarantees protection of the belt edges. As the carrying frames only function efficiently when the drum casing is clean, they are equipped and delivered with dirt-repellent 60° shore soft rubber. Our carrying frames can be used with both normal and reversing conveyor belts. Mode of operation: When the conveyor belt is running straight, the axle through the roller casing forms an angle of 90° to the direction of movement of the belt. When the belt drifts, the roller casing moves, due to the dead weight of the belt, so that a forward motion occurs which brings the belt back to its normal position. The roller casing returns to its normal position as soon as the corrective procedure is completed. The mechanics of the movement are rendered possible due to a complex ball joint in the centre of the roller as well as the position of the axle in relation to the conveyor belt being less than 90°.

Idler Pulley

Idler Pulley For the special requirements of your belt conveyor system, we manufacture for you idler pulleys, carrying idlers, throbbing drums, lift pulleys with or without internally located cone. With diameters up to max. 1,000 mm and lengths up to max. 4,500 mm, these are suitable for all types of belt conveyor system. All pulleys are turned cylindrically or spherically. The axle connections can be delivered in alternative designs: with internal bearings, welded, with wedged connections or with clamping set shaft connections. Special designs such as stainless steel and/or friction linings (ceramic, rubber) and accessories (pedestal bearings) can be delivered upon request.

Der FTK HM-Innengurt Abstreifer wird bei leichten bis schweren Bandanlagen eingesetzt. Er ist speziell bei stark anhaftenden und abrasiven Materialien und bei beschädigten Gurten einsetzbar und verfügt über eine geringe Einbauhöhe. Einsatzgebiete: Sand, Kies, Recycling, Kompost, Ton, Ziegelwerke, Asphaltmischwerke, Gips, Zement, Glasindustrie, u.v.m. Anhaftende Produkte am Fördergurt verringern durch die starken Verschmutzungen die Lebensdauer des Förderbandes. The impact bars consist of three high-quality, perfectly matched components, permanently and securely bonded together using a hot vulcanization process. This composite system ensures maximum stability, high energy absorption, and a long service life in demanding conveyor applications. fast cleaning scraper

The quick-cleaning wiper is equipped with a practical lever arm that allows the wiper to be quickly folded down and serviced without tools. This makes cleaning and maintenance work particularly efficient. A special conversion kit with chain and cotter pin ensures that the wiper only needs to be adjusted during initial installation or when replacing the blade. Afterward, no further readjustment is necessary, as the position is permanently fixed by the cotter pin. PU-Stützringe Typ B

Polyurethan Ringe Polyurethan ist aufgrund seiner Abriebfestigkeit und Langlebigkeit für den Einsatz in der Förderindustrie gut geeignet. Stützringe für Tragrollen aus Polyurethan zeichnen sich durch eine sehr hohe Verschleißfestigkeit aus. Zudem ist das Material weitgehend beständig gegen mineralische und pflanzliche Öle.

Stützscheiben

Drehzahlüberwachung

Drehzahlüberwachung Wichtiger Prozessparameter zur Steuerung und Kontrolle von Förderbändern ist die Förderbandgeschwindigkeit. Seilzugnotschalter

Seilzugnotschalter Förderbandanlagen müssen entlang der Förderstrecke bei Notfällen abgeschaltet werden können. Daher sind Seilzugnotschalter als ergänzende Schutzmaßnahme durch Normen vorgeschrieben. FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH Seilzugnotschalter sind Not-Halt-Geräte mit Verrast-Funktion. Sie werden durch Zug an der Reißleine oder durch Reißleinen-Riss betätigt. Die Rückstellung erfolgt manuell am Gerät. Zu sicheren Installation der Reißleine werden "Bauteile für Reißleinen-Systeme" benötigt, die funktional auf unsere Seilzugnotschalter und die jeweiligen Anwendungen abgestimmt sind. Die Sicherheitsdaten der elektromechanischen Schalter sind gemäß DIN EN ISO 13849-1 ermittelt worden. Natürlich liefern wir EX-Seilzugnotschalter die für den Betrieb in Bereichen mit explosionsfähiger Atmosphäre zugelassen sind.

Schieflaufschalter

Schieflaufschalter Förderbänder können aus Ihrer vorgesehenen Spur laufen und dadurch große Schäden verursachen. Schieflaufschalter werden deshalb zur Erkennung von Bandschieflauf und zur Bandabschaltung eingesetzt. Schieflaufschalter werden durch Anfahren und Ausschwenken des Rollenhebels bei Erreichen eines Schaltwinkels betätigt und stellen sich bei korrektem Bandlauf wieder selbsttätig zurück. Je nach Schalter-Variante sind zwei Schaltpunkte zur Vorwarnung und Abschaltung und die Rastung des Rollenhebels nach der Auslösung möglich.
