manuflex conveyor belt scrapers
If you are looking for a conveyor belt cleaner that works in segments and linear strips, you will find manuflex to be a reliable and yet gentle way of removing even stubborn, stuck-on remains of bulk materials that remain on the belt after use. Stricker’s manuflex scrapers let you remove such remains from the carrying side of the conveyor belt. And our inflatable collars ensure that industrial-scale filling and emptying operations are carried out hygienically and dust-free. Stricker sleeves guarantee a high quality join, without any thickening of the vulcanised seam. They also maintain all the elastomer properties, such as temperature resistance, tensile strength and elasticity. We manufacture our sleeves according to your wishes, be they cylindrical, conical or rectangular – and always in combination with individual care and attention and the competent advice of our technical team.
manuzent NOVUM belt centring system
Designed to ensure that your conveyor belts run straight: Our manuzent NOVUM uses a system of conical external rollers to provide direct, delay-free belt actuation and prevent misalignment. manuzent NOVUM also efficiently protects your belts and system components from wear, which in turn prevents production downtimes and increases useful service life. It also considerably reduces your employees’ exposure to risk of injury, as they are no longer endangered by falling material or sharp edges. We have designed manuzent NOVUM to be as flexible as possible for deployment in a wide range of systems. Thanks to its robust telescopic configuration, it can be matched to structures with a wide range of widths. It is also available for use with both upper and lower belts. Even greater versatility comes with the additional possibility of a hanging configuration on the running side, allowing it to be used with angled conveyor belts.

The wide range of corrugated edges and carrier profiles of our manuwell belts maximises their operational flexibility. With targeted adjustment to your existing conveyor belts and their operating conditions, based on system-specific performance calculations, your bulk goods will soon be on their upward journey. manuguard protection for under-belt rollers
When it comes to effectively preventing undesired access, Stricker’s manuguard offers optimum protection for otherwise easily accessible sections of conveyor belt systems and the walkways and ladders installed alongside them. The permanent movement of the rollers under a conveyor belt poses a particularly high risk of injury for persons employed to operate the system. More than one accident has resulted from such undesired access. manuguard, which is designed to prevent access to the rollers under the belt, considerably reduces the chances of such injuries arising, and can likewise contribute to cutting the accident rate of your business. manuguard is easy to install and maintain. It requires only minimum space, and is individually customised to match the width of your system.
steep-angle conveyor belts
