Precision and reliability are decisive factors for any screening process. To ensure that your screening process works safely and efficiently, the alloy, opening, type of weave and screening machine must be optimally adjusted to your product. Haver & Boecker offers a wide product range with solutions for all types of screening machines and applications.

The ADAMS® packing system
The ADAMS® technology from HAVER & BOECKER protects complexly produced, powder bulk materials during filling and transport through the use of tightly sealed shut, tear-resistant and clean packaging. Resources are conserved and CO2 emissions reduced. The film packaging can be easily emptied of product residue and then recycled as a valuable material. The new generation presented in 2022 simplifies the cleaning effort due to its short, flow-optimized product path. This makes the ADAMS® technology applicable over a significantly wider range of products. The ADAMS® technology can be used to fill powder products with poor flow properties that have a particle size of up to 14 mm into 5-50 kg bags at a packing speed of up to 2,000 bags per hour. Product compaction and bag de-aeration result in compactly packed bags with low volume. This leads to continuous film savings which in turn translate into considerable cost savings. The bags used are purely PE-based with up to 70% recycled content and are 100% recyclable. Not only are the bags characterized by their compactness, but also the ADAMS® system itself is more compact than any other system on the market. In particular, its low overall height allows the system to be used at a variety of locations. Gentle on resources In order to operate sustainably, resource-conserving use is particularly important. The robust and extremely dense film packaging material offers many advantages, such as a long lifetime that ensures a consistently high product quality. This is achieved through high UV and aroma protection. The particularly long shelf life provided by the film bags prevents customer complaints. The tear resistance of the film packaging guarantees up to 95% less damage during transport and storage. Due to the PE bags’ high frost and weather resistance, the packaged products are always reliably protected, even under adverse outdoor weather conditions.

SEAL technology
Dust-free work surroundings thanks to clean valve bags HAVER & BOECKER initiates the Renaissance of paper valve bags with the SEAL technology, the new ROTO-LOCK® dosing unit and the new VT module. Due to the clean filling, the customers achieve marketing, sales and profit increases. Significantly higher machine operational availability leads to a higher output. Overall operating and spare part costs are reduced. SEAL technology for clean valve bag filling In the SEAL process, a sleeve in the specially designed filling spout inflates at the beginning of the filling process and seals the valve bag so that no bulk material can escape. After dust-free filling, the bag valve is ultrasonically welded shut. The compact and fully closed bag provides a clean working environment and improved health for all employees at the plant and throughout the logistics chain and for end customers as well. Clean filling increases process reliability and reduces wear and tear and production downtime that arises due to cleaning, maintenance and repair works. The clean and attractive appearance also has a positive impact on the company and product image and makes the product advantageously stand out at the point-of-sale. Cleanliness increases machine availability, reduces operating costs and keeps capacity utilization consistently high. For sales, the clean and attractive packaging means a considerable advantage over the competition. Safety plays an important role in addition to cleanliness. The ultrasonically sealed packaging protects the environment from possible contamination and promotes safety at all stages of the logistics process. It also protects the filled bulk material from product contamination, removal and illegal product theft.
