Circular motion vibrating screen TRISOMAT
The flip-flop screen TRISOMAT is perfectly suited for difficult to handle material. These screens perform outstandingly where the decks of conventional screens clog or stick.
Doubledeck screen for the recycling industry
Special waste screen in double deck design The proven design of the upper deck combined with the resonance system VARIOMAT of the lower deck provide for an extraordinary double deck screen. The screen is driven by the IFE unbalanced shaft and the flexible screen mats of the lower deck are agitated in resonance to the screen frame. This flip-flop design allows for non-clogging screening.

The perfect screen for waste processing. IFE waste screen are flat screen designs with an unbalanced shaft. The screen panels are arranged in cascades and their louver-like design allows for maximum screen openings, guaranteeing a nearly non-clogging operation. Divergating bars loosen the material and prevent covering of the screen decks
Eddy current separators
IFE eddy current separators IFE eddy current separators are used to separate non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, brass, etc.) from bulk material of all kinds.
Overband separator
IFE electromagnetic overband separators are used to separate ferrous impurities from any kind of bulk material. They are used to recover magnetic particles from slag, household or industrial waste, foundry sand etc. and are utilized to protect crushers, belt conveyors, screens or grinders from metallic tramp particles.
IFE-SORT
IFE-SORT is a density separator based on fluidbed technology for fine, dry bulk material. This air sorting table uses a combination of vibration and airfluid technology to create the separation process. Heavier particles are conveyed against gravity, whereas lighter particles are floating on the fluidbed and slide downwards.
Circular motion vibrating screen
Circular motion vibrating screen IFE circular motion vibrating screens are used for screening of granoulos bulk material and are robust in design and build. The screen frame consists of both side panels and cross beams being bolted and glued to the panels carrying the screen deck substructure. The excitation is made with in-house manufactured IFE unbalanced shaft or with a single IFE unbalanced motor. IFE circular motion vibrating screens can be equipped with all different kinds of screen mats available on the market. IFE circular motion vibrating screens are best suitable for long-living and economical operation.

The new AEROSELECTOR Turns screen overflow into 4 usable fractions The new Aeroselector combines wind sifting, ballistic separation and screening in one machine. Its throughput but especially its compact design and its efficiency are very convincing. In professional composting plants this machine already proved itself successfully in separating foils, stones and structural material from the screen overflow. Also other moist and try material mixtures consisting of differently sized fractions can be split up effectively with this solution.
