Big Bag Emptying
With our big bag emptying systems, we can meet almost any requirement for emptying big bags, right through to individually designed, fully automated turnkey solutions. A wide range of materials and surface treatments are available to meet the highest hygiene standards. Regardless of which big bags and products need to be emptied or which downstream processes need to be taken into account, our big bag emptying stations offer customized and comprehensive solutions for optimal emptying and integration into the operator's process environment. Big Bag filling station
Our big bag filling stations are ideal for plant operators looking for efficient and clean solutions for filling their big bags. Depending on the product properties, we offer a wide range of options such as different filling aids, filling heads, dust filters, or weighing systems. We supply both simple, standardized filling stations and multifunctional, individually designed filling systems that can be seamlessly integrated into your plant environment. JEL SmartCon ES - Big Bag Containment Emptying System
With the JEL SmartCon ES connection system, big bags with foil liners can be emptied under containment conditions up to OEB 4. This means that only minimal, barely measurable quantities of product particles escape into the plant environment. Operating personnel are thus protected from harmful substances, and excessive dust exposure in your plant due to fine powdery products is prevented. With JEL SmartCon ES, you can empty big bags in just 10 simple steps. The system features a consistent hygienic design and a range of safety features, such as integrated pressure testing of the big bag liners before the emptying process begins.

JEL SmartCon BS - Big Bag Containment Filling System
With the JEL SmartCon BS big bag filling system, big bags with foil liners can be easily and safely filled under containment conditions up to OEB 4. Thanks to the high degree of automation, the big bag filling system is very easy to operate and operating errors and the resulting breaks in containment can be reliably prevented.

Vibration screening machines
Vibrating screens are set in motion by the imbalance of vibrating motors, causing them to move vertically and horizontally. And they do so with high amplitude. Vibrating screens are very versatile in their application. In conjunction with screen cloth cleaning systems, they are suitable for almost all common screening tasks, a wide range of products, and a broad grain spectrum. Advantages of our vibrating screening machines: - Can be used for a wide range of products - High throughput and separation accuracy even with difficult product properties - Suitable for all common screening tasks: separation of oversize or fine grain, protective screening, classification, and passing. - Short downtimes: quick screen insert change, very good cleanability (hygienic design) and easy maintenance. - Various sizes and screen areas available - Various cleaning systems for the screen mesh: triangles, balls, and ultrasound - Holistic screening concepts including upstream and downstream process technology such as conveying, dosing, mixing, etc.

Centrifugal screening machines
In centrifugal and passing sieve machines, the material to be sieved is moved through a cylindrical sieve basket by tool-equipped rotors. They are mainly used for products that are difficult to sieve and achieve very good results even with caked and fatty products. Centrifugal and strainer machines are versatile – they can be used in a wide variety of industries and applications in the production process: as protective screens, for separating coarse and fine particles, and of course for deagglomeration. Vibration Screening Machine JEL Konti II
The JEL Konti vibrating screen is suitable for various bulk materials and screening tasks. Thanks to its ergonomic design and tool-free operation, the vibrating screen is easy to handle. The enlarged radii and the dead space-free design of the sieve trough also enable easy and residue-free cleaning, making the JEL Konti ideal for use in applications with high hygiene requirements. The special feature: the screen insert can be easily pulled out of the screening machine at the front like a drawer when changing it. The screen insert can therefore be changed without having to dismantle the screen or disconnect it from the product flow.

Vibration Screening Machine JEL Fix II
The vibrating screening machine JEL Fix is used for protective and oversize grain sieving. Thanks to its low design height and narrow platform, the sieve will find space even in limited production spaces. The JEL Fix can be fitted with a stationary or movable base frame depending on the requirements, or it can be integrated directly into a system without a frame. Thanks to a housing free of dead space and smooth surfaces, the vibrating screening machine can be cleaned easily and is therefore suited to high standards of hygiene.

Vibration Screening Machine JEL VibRS
The round vibro screen JEL VibRS can screen up to six fractions and is used for almost any bulk solid or screening task. Thanks to screen decks which can be stacked on top of each other, even large screening surfaces can be set up in a way that saves space. Furthermore, the output and the number of separated fractions can be increased by setting up additional screen inserts – it only takes a few simple steps, and the footprint stays the same.

JEL Konti II CTM (Containment)
The JEL Konti II CTM can be used to screen a wide variety of products and perform almost all common screening tasks - up to OEB level 4. When screening, the containment level is always at risk when the machine has to be opened - such as when changing the screen feeder. With our JEL Konti II CTM containment screen, you can carry out screening processes safely and easily even without isolators and full protective suits. The screen insert can be changed without breaking the containment and with just a few simple steps - for maximum safety and productivity.

Drum Hoop Mixer JEL RRM
The JEL RRM drum hoop mixer is used for the mixing, homogenization and coloring of bulk solids and fluids. The drum hoop mixer can also be used for small volumes of materials and, thanks to its compact design, even finds a place in cramped production halls. The JEL RRM is operated with no need for tools. A special hygiene variant is available for use in hygiene-sensitive areas of application.

Jolting Volumeter
The JEL STAV II Jolting Volumeter measures the bulk volume and tamped density of bulk materials before and after compaction. The device is motor-driven, controlled via a display, and holds the measuring cylinder in place with a clamping device. It complies with relevant standards such as the European Pharmacopoeia, DIN ISO 787-11, ISO 3953, ISO 8967, and ASTM B 527-93. The stroke rate can be individually adjusted, measuring cylinders are available in various sizes, and a soundproof hood is available as an option.

Test screening machine JEL 200-II
The JEL 200-II sieve analysis machine determines the particle size distribution of bulk materials according to the plane motion principle and delivers reproducible results. It is motor-driven, controlled via a display, and can accommodate up to six sieve frames plus lid and base. The device is suitable for dry, powdery, and coarse-grained materials and supports statements on grinding and processing. Standard-compliant sieve meshes according to DIN ISO 3310 and ASTM E11-87 are used.
