The Josef Henkenjohann GmbH stands for quality work and innovations related to drive elements. Whether standard items or custom-made products — as a system provider of drive technology, we provide you with everything from a single source, from the initial conception to delivery to the destination, for nearly 70 years.

We value high-quality products and a high degree of flexibility in solving individual custom-made products.

A team of 135 qualified employees in all areas of the company ensure quality work and innovations relating to drive elements. On a total of around 6,000 m² of production space, we not only manufacture with the most modern machines spur gear and sprockets, but also drive elements for all areas of mechanical and plant engineering and conveyor technology. Since 2025, we have also significantly expanded our range of drive chains, thus offering complete solutions for the entire drive sector.

CNC Machinist /Manufacturing Machinist Specialization in turning or milling technology

What you should bring: • Completed vocational training as a CNC machinist (m/f/d), specializing in turning technology, or comparable training in a metalworking profession • Knowledge of operating Fanuc and Siemens controls is an advantage • Independent work style and physical resilience • Willingness to work shifts (alternating between early and late shifts weekly) • Strong quality awareness What we offer: • 35-hour week in a 2-shift system, with the late shift week comprising only 4 days (Fridays off) • Friendly working environment that respects personal needs • Attractive compensation package including shift allowances and additional benefits such as a company pension plan contribution, e-bike leasing, and a company car card • 30 vacation days including vacation pay • A varied workplace with plenty of scope for independent work
