Robust and flexible: Rotary lobe blowers with OMEGA PROFILE

COMPACT blowers with the OMEGA PROFILE are designed to ensure reliable performance with minimal space requirement and can also be installed directly next to one another. As they operate without internal compression, these versatile blowers are ideally suited to applications with highly fluctuating working pressures, frequent idling and demanding process engineering tasks such as pneumatic conveying, aeration, and process air supply. A wide range of options are available, including SIGMA CONTROL, sensors, star-delta starters or frequency converters, as well as CE and EMC certification. This reduces installation time and costs while ensuring maximum efficiency – even during ongoing operation.

Uncompromising efficiency: Rotary screw blowers with SIGMA PROFILE

KAESER’s FBS and GBS rotary screw blowers set the new standard in efficiency and space-saving design. The SFC version is equipped with an integrated frequency converter and a synchronous reluctance motor. The STC version for fixed-speed operation is now also more efficient than ever before. These innovative rotary screw blowers not only impress with their energy-saving drive concept, but also with their well thought-out and compact design, which allows all maintenance work to be performed from the front of the unit. Side-by-side installation is possible even with all electrical equipment.

When it comes to energy efficiency, KAESER’s CSG series of oil-free compression rotary screw compressors takes your production processes to the next level. IE5 efficiency class synchronous reluctance motors combined with KAESER’s further-refined SIGMA PROFILE airend make these systems exceptionally energy-efficient. The water-cooled CSG with i.HOC dryer and integrated heat recovery utilises accumulating compressor exhaust heat twice, making it highly economical and sustainable. Perfect for demanding process engineering applications.
