Factory-Welded Silos
Standardized and still highly flexible Factory-welded silos are used in almost all industries. Kurz Silosysteme can produce these silos up to a diameter of 6,200 mm. In addition to transport by truck, the silos are also shipped from a neighboring port by ship. Silo components such as filters, overfill protection, inspection facilities and discharge aids are also on offer. The scope of supply can be supplemented by mechanical or pneumatic systems for filling as well as emptying the silos. Of course, the silos are adapted or equipped according to the requirements. In order to minimize assembly times on site, the silos can be fully pre-installed at the factory. With the installation, the system is almost ready for operation.
Skirted Silos
Weather-protected. Insulated and heated if required. You would like to protect your discharge and control technology against weathering and contamination? Or avoid unauthorized access? Therefor we offer you our silos with support frames. Kurz Silosysteme can produce these silos up to a diameter of 6,200 mm. Mobile Silos
High mobility and flexibility Wherever speed and flexibility are required, the mobile silos from Kurz Silosysteme are the right choice. Thanks to the PLUG & PRODUCE feature, the mobile silos are immediately ready for use: delivering - setting up - connecting - producing. Time delays due to inconvenient mounting and connecting omitted. Common transport dimensions, extended crane eyes, completely pre-assembled components and connections make this possible. All this saves time and money. Filler Silos
Lots of volume - small footprint Filler towers consist of two silos, which are placed one above the other. They are usually used in asphalt mixing plants and normally used for storage of natural and foreign filler. The foreign filler silo is arranged at the top and is pneumatically filled by truck. The bottom filler silo is filled with the accumulating filter dust. Filler towers are usually built in diameters from 2,900 mm to 3,800 mm. Even larger diameters with more volume are possible. All components such as filters, overfill prevention devices, inspection facilities and discharge aids are part of the delivery offer of Kurz Silosysteme.
Bolted Silos
Large storage capacity - fast installation Bolted silos are used primarily for the storage of large quantities of various bulk materials. Gravel, crushed rock and sand as well as dusty bulk materials such as cement can be stored in bolted silos. The silos are manufactured in diameters from 4,647 mm to 20,000 mm. The bolted silos can be open at the top or with flat or conical roofs. The assembly of the individual silo segments is quick and easy without special tools and special hydraulic systems. By producing the silos into segments that fit into containers, each place, even in the most remote areas, are accessible by truck or ship The range of products also includes silo equipment, such as filters, overfill prevention devices, inspection facilities and discharge aids. We also take care of the necessary systems for filling and emptying the silos. Coal Dust Silos
Explosion protection according to ATEX The pressure shock resistant coal dust silos of Kurz Silosysteme meet due to the TÜV-certified safety concept all requirements and ensure smooth operation. We accompany you reliably and competently from the first factory test to the prescribed assembly and commissioning checks up to the staff instruction and initial filling. Of course, we also take care of the maintenance and the required regular checks of the systems put into operation. Silos Segmented for Export
Transport Optimized With export separated silos you can save a large part of the freight costs. Each silo unit consists of a few crane packages. These include the complete silo, all the accessories such as railing, ladder, filling tube and dedusting filter as well as connecting parts and sealing material for assembly. The individual silo segments are stacked to save space. Arrived at the destination, the individual segments can be easily screwed together. The silos are available in diameters from 2,400 mm to 3,500 mm with a volume of 19 m³ to 180 m³. All components, e.g. Filters, overfill protection, inspection facilities and discharge aids are part of the delivery offer. We are also pleased to offer you corresponding mechanical or pneumatic conveyor systems for filling or emptying the silos.
Site-Welded Silos
Large volume. When it comes to size, we use not only the bolted silos but also site-welded silosThese allow us to maximize the volume while minimizing transport costs. The silo segments, which are prefabricated according to individual requirements, are delivered in sizes suitable for transport and assembly and welded on site. Individual assemblies have already been checked for accuracy during fitting and, if possible, preassembled. All silos are individually planned, statically proven, constructed and built.
