About us
Since its foundation in 1919, Lanz-Anliker AG has developed into an important nationally and internationally active company in the field of technical ready-made clothing. Today the company employs more than 70 people. In the beginning there was a saddlery as a pure craft business. Today, the manufacture of the most demanding technical products is achieved through efficient production with the most modern machinery. The development of technical textiles is our strength!
Our ready-made products include custom-made products as well as small and large series. With our powerful CAD-controlled laser, punching and knife cutting systems, we produce efficiently and cost-effectively. Our products are used in the following areas: filtration, medicine, military, equestrian sports, saddlery, vehicle interiors and semi-finished products. The large product range and the high quality competence of Lanz-Anliker AG according to ISO 9001:2008/ISO 13485:2003/AC:2007/ISO 14001:2015 are today important core elements to be able to compete successfully in the global market.
Around 60% of our products are destined for worldwide export! Our sales representatives look after our customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy on a daily basis. We are represented by our own sales offices in numerous European countries.
In addition to tailor-made and unique solutions in the field of technical textiles, Lanz-Anliker AG offers its customers additional services. On a production area of over 4'500 m2 and with a fabric warehouse on an area of another 1'500 m2, clever and economical solutions are created daily, also with clean room production. The industry-specific knowledge of our employees and their many years of experience form the basis for the creative and innovative development of our products. Various dust filters (custom-made)
Solid/liquid separation and dedusting
Lanz-Anliker has been successfully active in the field of filtration for several years. The filters we manufacture are used in wet and dry filtration. We are represented with our products in chemistry, medicine, food production and drying, paper industry, aquaculture, water treatment, laundry technology, etc.. For the production of our filter media we only use high-quality synthetic screen and filter cloths. We have a large number of monofilament and multifilament fabrics made of polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, Teflon, ECTFE, ETFE, etc. at our disposal. Our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008/ISO 13485:2003/AC:2007 and 14001:2015 is your guarantee that you will receive only first-class products.
Filter manufactoring in clean room
Lanz-Anliker AG is operating a clothing room for making filter under clean room conditions, since 2013. The filter manufacturing room corresponds to class 7 according to EN ISO 14644-1 Clean room or class C according to Pharma Guide. The clean room consist to actually a manufacturing room of 32 m2 and a cleanroom air-shower of 5 m2 for dressing up and hand disinfection of our staff. Four powerful fans ensure that the air of the clean room corresponds to at least class 7 of EN ISO 14644-1. The rooms consist of modular system partition walls from visible aluminium supports and frame profiles. The glazing is made of 5 mm thick crystal mirror glass. The used material and devices comply with the current standard of clean room technology. To ensure the quality of the clean room atmosphere, a measuring device (brand Aero TRAK) is installed in addition to measure and logs the present particles in the clean room. On customer request, we are pleased to enclose a copy of the report to the filter manufactured in the clean room.
Protection ad hygiene products
Due to various feedback from customers we have optimised our mask and can now present a version 2.0. It is available in white and night blue with a white pattern. The mask is washable at 60°C. The mask is used with insert membranes. These are basically for single use, but can be boiled (3-5min in boiling water) if desired. The mask is always delivered in a set. One set contains: - 1 cotton mask - 40 Insert membrane So you should have no problem getting by with 1 set for 40 days.
