LivEye GmbH specialises in the surveillance of temporary risk zones with mobile video surveillance systems. The company’s own research and development unit develops and produces state-of-the-art video surveillance systems under the brand name LivEye. With over 1,500 video towers and a state-of-the-art 24/7 video control centre, the company sets the highest standards in the industry and is considered the technological market leader in Europe. LivEye’s smart camera systems are highly functional and detect motion at distances of up to 400 metres. Together with its own control centre, LivEye offers video surveillance at the highest level throughout Europe. By innovatively combining mobile video surveillance systems with solutions for digital construction sites (Smart by Day), LivEye is setting new standards in an increasingly networked world.

Field Service Technician (m/f/d) Permanent position, full-time | DACH region– Security Systems

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for field service technicians (m/f/d) for the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of modern security systems. You will support our customers on-site, analyze malfunctions, perform functional tests, and work closely with our remote support team. You will independently document service and maintenance reports. You have a technical background (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar) or, as a career changer, possess a solid technical understanding. Experience in troubleshooting, installation, and working with digital systems is advantageous. A willingness to travel, a Class BE driver's license, excellent German skills, computer skills, and a clean criminal record are required. Video Surveillance Systems Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time | Föhren (Headquarters)

We are looking for a Video Surveillance Systems Specialist (CCTV) to join our headquarters team. You will configure and optimize video systems (e.g. alarm settings, schedules), handle 1st level support tickets, and assist customers with technical inquiries. You will also maintain system data, improve internal processes, and work with our ERP software for system administration. You have strong technical affinity, solid IT skills, and a structured, solution-oriented mindset. Experience in customer support or CCTV is a plus but not required – career changers with technical interest are welcome.
