Square pipe construction, INGMA, made in Bad Lobenstein, is available in sizes 200 and 250 made of 3.0 mm steel sheet in painted and galvanized, in sizes 300 and 350 also in 4.0 mm wall thickness.
For abrasive products, wear protection can be optionally installed in the pipe to match the product. There are options from coatings to linings such. B. with Rhino Hyde. The folding boxes in the INGMA track system are designed for the conveyance of granular bulk goods and adapted to the property of flatter slip. These are offered with an opening angle of 90 ° and 60 ° to achieve an inclination of 45 ° or 60 ° to the horizontal. The drives are very compact as an electric rotary drive with a limit switch integrated in the housing. In addition, the flap position can also be changed on site using a square on the side. The drives can be operated with either 15 - 30 V or 230 V. The standard protection class is IP 68 or, if requested by the customer, also for Atex Zone 22. Silo discharge valves are made from a stable frame construction with a slide plate guided on ball bearings. The drives can be either manual, electropneumatic or electric. For drives with an electric motor, you can also choose between a rear-mounted drive with spindle or a bottom-mounted drive with gear. In the standard version, the limit switches are designed as inductive proximity switches with 24v or 230V. With the dust-free shut-off set, the outlet slides can also be used for powdery products and ensure permanent dust-free shut-off. It is also possible to combine it with the commercially available round pipe system using the type 1 and type 2 transition pieces. Type 1 can be used both for the transition from round to square systems and vice versa. Type 2 can only be used from round to square systems, with the advantage that construction height can be saved here. Round silos
We manufacture round silos made of stainless steel and normal steel from 5.73 m3 to 361.66 m3 in a standardized type series as a single silo or silo battery, planned with all accessories such as filling and discharge technology, mechanically or pneumatically. The substructures are constructed on a project-specific basis and calculated in a statically verifiable manner. Our silos are also available in custom-made versions as multi-chamber silos and in pressure shock-resistant versions. The variety of designs of silos and accessories is individually adapted to your needs with know-how.

One-piece rectangular silos
The silo is a further development of the ingma plain wall silos in plug-in construction. The new silo is airtightly welded on the inside and outside and smoothly smoothed on the inside, thus guaranteeing the best possible hygiene. The requirements of EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 are permanently guaranteed by being made in one piece, without joints through assembly joints and smoothly welded welds in the interior, as well as when the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4301. The silo body consists of a silo shaft, discharge funnel and the cell ceiling. The silo walls are manufactured in a sandwich construction, in which an inner skin made of 2.0 - 3.0 mm stainless steel sheet and an outer skin made of 2 mm steel sheet are separated by 80 mm air space. The absolute tightness of this air space in the entire silo body can only be guaranteed by manufacturing it in one piece. When storing warm material, rapid temperature differences are delayed by 80 mm due to the insulating air layer of the sandwich construction and condensate formation with the consequences of mold growth is largely avoided. The cell ceiling is designed for a traffic load of 2.5 kN / m². The silo is manufactured in one piece and delivered in one piece after successful testing and acceptance. The silo body has appropriate eyelets so that it can be transported both horizontally and vertically. A main crane and a smaller auxiliary crane are required for assembly. This compact design minimizes assembly costs. The scope of delivery includes the provision of a testable but unchecked, static calculation of the silo according to Eurocode 3. In the case of silo cells without pressure relief, appropriate protective measures must be taken to prevent sparks from entering the silo cells on site.

Rotary airlook
The Fall rotary valve can be used for all free flowing goods. The material can be fed from a running material flow, but also from a stockpile, e.g. from a container etc. The material to be filled fills the chambers of the lock rotor coming from above. After rotation of the same, the material falls down out of the rotor chambers. The inlet part is separated from the outlet part by the lock stator, so that different pressures can prevail in both parts, which remain separate in this way.

Homogenizer

The material coming through the inlet into the machine's work area is gripped, crushed and leveled by the fixed beaters of the rotor. When used in the full material flow, i.e. for homogenization, all lumpy parts are dissolved as a result of the material being forced against one another and on the rackets, and the material is leveled and mixed again.

Granulating machine
The pair of rollers is built up in a torsionally rigid base frame. The low overall height simplifies retrofitting in existing systems. The continuously adjustable roller is spring-loaded, which prevents damage to the machine in the event of a foreign body passage of up to 20 mm.

Rectangular steel silo as dam wall and smooth wall silo
Our silos are used for the storage and handling of a wide variety of bulk goods, but especially from the agricultural and food sectors. The ingma steel silo system is the result of our many years of activity and development in the field. With our systems, prefabricated silo elements are designed as single-walled dam walls or double-walled smooth walls with the same corner connections for both types. This gives the advantage of using different elements together. The components are used to create cells and bunkers with an angular floor plan at any cell height. Dam wall cells with a base area of up to 3.20 x 3.20 m (system size) are designed in an anchorless design, while cells with larger floor plans are provided with reinforcement anchors. Smooth wall silos can be designed up to approx. 4.00 x 4.00 m without anchors, depending on the product properties. Due to the angular construction, the base area is fully utilized. The dead weight of the silo elements is low in relation to the cell space formed, especially in comparison to the solid construction. This enables a cost-saving execution of the foundation. This also gives rise to installation and assembly options in and on existing buildings. The cells constructed from the silo components are dimensioned and verified statically according to Eurocode 3. They absorb loads from roof structures and attached machine houses and the like. The cell walls are weatherproof and do not require any additional cladding if this is not desired or required for other reasons.
