3D laser scanning revolutionizes inventory recording and creates completely new perspectives in the areas of planning, construction and production. Your options? Almost endless thanks to MehrTec. Using the latest scanning technology, we record systems, machines and models down to the smallest detail. We then combine the data, which is documented as a high-resolution point cloud, in our powerful CAD programs and thus recreate the scanned objects or rooms in three dimensions. And we do this quickly, precisely and cost-effectively in the view you want as an overall representation, system layout or section through any segments, systems and machines. Our 3D models therefore serve as a reliable basis for all your projects - regardless of whether they are a representation of existing systems, final documentation for acceptance, surface recording of individual objects or simulation of future production processes. Thanks to the non-contact measuring method of 3D laser technology, we can provide you with a complete 3D measurement even during ongoing operations and in areas that are difficult to access or blocked off. Since this does not affect ongoing production, costs are saved in the early development phase. We also record older, existing systems and machines and include them in the planning of future processes. 3D-Strömungssimulationen

Benefit from MehrTec in every project phase: Using 3D FEM calculations, we provide you with a precise, clear model for the further planning phases, in which the component geometry of planned machines can be integrated. This technology helps to save time and money right from the early stages by identifying potential weak points and solving them constructively. If required, we can also carry out 3D flow simulations and flow analyses (continuous flow analysis) as well as 3D piping planning including the creation of pipe classes. We use the latest CFD technology (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for this.

MEHRTEC GmbH offers innovative solutions in the field of 3D engineering and scans/digitizes industrial plants, machine trades and industrial halls for 3D data inventory recording and 3D planning of plant construction. In the past, the files resulting from these scans were processed exclusively in the engineering office. Clients then received huge amounts of data, which then often "gathered dust" on removable data storage devices in drawers and remained unused. After an intensive development phase with selected industrial customers, we successfully added our MEHRTEC - Cloud for cloud-based data management to our portfolio a year ago. This system enables everyone involved to access the current planning and construction progress and the scan data in real time. Regardless of whether architects, plant managers, facility managers, occupational health and safety officers, management, operations managers, department heads, data protection officers or works council - everyone can access the current comprehensive planning status at any time without additional software installation using a normal web browser and the right access data. ROHR2-Berechnung

The ROHR2 calculation is a computer-aided stress and flexibility analysis for industrial piping systems, used in sectors such as chemicals, energy, oil & gas, and district heating. It serves as a standard-compliant strength verification tool and ensures that pipelines can withstand stresses from pressure, temperature, movement, and external influences over the long term. Key advantages include verifying compliance with standards such as EN 13480, EN 13941, ASME B31.x, and the Pressure Equipment Directive, increasing operational reliability, and preventing damage from overload, vibration, or thermal expansion. Simultaneously, the analysis enables the cost-effective design of bearings and supports, protects equipment and fittings through controlled nozzle loads, and considers special load cases such as wind, earthquakes, or safety valve forces. Among other things, internal pressure, primary and secondary stresses, thermal expansion, load combinations, fatigue effects, connection forces, and stability under pressure or vacuum are evaluated. The results provide documented proof for authorities, testing organizations, and operators. Conclusion: The ROHR2 analysis is an indispensable planning and verification tool for safe, compliant and economical piping systems with long-term reliable operation.
