Centralized dust extraction unit
A centralized dust extraction unit from MOTEC provides a fast and uncomplicated cleaning of working stations and also single parts of the system. This results in a considerable reduction of the dust load, which reduces the carry-over of substances and shortens cleaning times during product or shift changes. The dust extraction units are planned according to the customer's need and equipped with different suction connections. So beginning from the simple folding lid going over the fixed suction point with locking up to the expansion suction arm, a wide range of different versions are available, always tailored to the needs of our customers. The cantilevered expansion suction arm ESA, equipped with a short suction hose, allows a rotation of almost 360 °. At the same time, system components which lie in the pivoting range of the suction arm can be bypassed by kinking the central swivel joint with a mechanical seal.
Silo ventilation filter
For safe venting of packages and pneumatically filled silo systems, we offer our EQ filter series. Equipped with cartridge, rigid body or hose filter elements and in different sizes, we offer the right solution for every container. With exhaust air volumes between 10 m³ / h up to 4,000 m³ / h and versions in stainless steel, galvanized or painted steel as well as plastics, our ventilation filters are used in all branches of industry. ATEX-compliant designs are just as possible as also solutions with product contact in the food industry.
Bag-unloading station
MOTEC bag-unloading stations allow dust-free emptying of packages. Due to our Vortex Extraction technology, we produce a uniform suction performance over the entire opening of the feeding table so the particles which are released are completely removed without aspirating the flow of the product itself. We offer various types of bags: • In rectangular design • Round shape • With grid insert • With vibration strainer • With hinged lid • Combined design with top filter The bag-unloading can be manufactured out of different stainless steels and plastics.
Extraction Hoods
MOTEC develops and designs intake elements specifically tailored to the needs of our customers. Our target is to capture the substances that are released directly at source, thus protecting the environment from contamination. For this purpose, we find solutions for a wide range of applications, e.g. filling and filling processes, cleaning and working stations, transport-, mixing and grinding processes, as well as sorting systems. Our intake elements are Vortex Extraction Hoods and Vortex Slot Extraction Units. Compared to conventional suction hoods, these are significantly more efficient with the same or even lower suction volume flow. Our intake elements are distinguished by a particularly uniform detection performance over the entire detection opening. Particular attention is paid to the design of the Vortex Extraction Hoods and Vortex Slot Extraction Units in order to preserve the freedom of the employees and not to create an additional source of disturbance.
Filter system, aspiration filter system
MOTEC suction filter systems impress with their performance and individuality. Almost no other manufacturer can adjust its filter system to the customer as MOTEC. No matter if a height limitation exists through a predefined ceiling height or the path leads to the installation location through narrow doors, MOTEC® filter systems are individually designed for you and designed for the respective needs. MOTEC® filter systems are concipated to meet the specific requirements of your country and, where necessary, are also strictly constructed according to ATEX guidelines. Individual MOTEC® filter systems for a wide variety of applications with volumetric flow rates from 50 m³/h to 200.000 m³/h such as cartridge filters, sinter filters, suspended filters, vane filters, safety filters, pocket filters or aerosol separators are designed for you in the following areas: • chemical industry • food industry • metal processing industry • lacquerand paint industry • cement industry
