NEBOLEX® stationaty two-component system, mist of air and water: Our DuoFlex system is a field-proven and extremely efficient misting technique that requires only a very small amount of water. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be flexibly adapted to the customers‘ needs.
stationary single-substance system ES100
A compact supply unit: The ES20 system is a semi-mobile high-pressure fogging system that can be flexibly adapted to the customers‘ needs thanks to its modular design. The Basiscube is a flexible control unit that variably controls the individual fogging positions. The integrated booster pump compresses the incoming water and transfers it to the distribution block. An associated filter system ensures the required water quality. The supply unit can be specifically activated by means of radio remote controls or ultrasonic sensors, enabling resource-saving system operation.
Stationary single-material system ES100
Less dust: Our ES100 system ensures successful dust control indoors. This solution is an innovative high-pressure fogging system that can be flexibly adapted to the customer's needs thanks to its modular design. With our ES100 solution, the incoming tap water is pumped to the individual fogging positions using a high-pressure pump. to the individual fogging positions. The piping is laid using hydraulic lines and stainless steel pipes. Filter systems and water softeners can be integrated if the water quality is insufficient. The system can be activated in a targeted manner using an intelligent control system and radio remote controls or sensor technology. This ensures resource-saving use of the system.

Odor binding
The surrounding neighbors of companies often complain about unpleasant odors. We therefore offer our customers innovative and tried-and-tested solutions: mobile and stationary. To bind odors, nozzles generate a fine water mist that is distributed over a large area. An additive is added to the water via the dosing system and finely atomized with the help of the nozzles. This combination of water mist and additive combines with the unpleasant smelling molecules and neutralizes the odour. The very fine droplets remain in the air for a long time due to their small size. They therefore have enough time to bind with the molecules. Due to the small amount of water used, no puddles of water form on the floor. At the same time, the ingredients of the product are harmless to humans, animals and the environment.
