NetterVibration stands for over 70 years of "Serving industry with vibration" and thanks to its wide experience plays a leading role internationally in the field of vibration technology. Productive and intelligent solutions, technical knowhow and „Made in Germany“-quality form the basis of success. The vibrators from NetterVibration are applied in numerous industrial sectors, such as chemical, food, construction or mechanical engineering. Complete vibration systems such as vibration tables and dosing and conveyor trays are part of the range of services.
NetterVibration offers efficient and reliable solutions. These include conveying, separating, dosing, loosening, compacting, sorting and sieving bulk materials such as powders, pellets or granules. Furthermore, with vibrators from NetterVibration containers and pipes can be emptied, walls cleaned and material blockages dissolved. Proven solutions to do with compacting concrete are available to the construction industry.
NetterVibration develops tailor-made solutions for all specific applications in close collaboration with its customers. This often results in unique products, for example the extremely low-built drive unit LineDrive for conveyor or dosing trays, or roller vibrators for extremely high temperatures (500 °C). Experienced sales representatives and application engineers gladly advise you on-site.

Pneumatic Impactors Series PKL
Series PKL pneumatic impactors are particularly suitable for knocking stubbon residues from walls, pipes and containers. Examples of applications include: ellimination of tube-forming, bridging and evacuation of residues.
Dosing Station Series DosyPack
DosyPack dosing stations are particularly suitable for the fast and exact dosing of all types of bulk material, or as feeders for oprical sorting facilities. Gentle dosing is possible for especially sensitive products.
Conveyor Systems Series Power Pack
The brute force feeder system of the series PowerPack is guided by our Blade Springs. The conveyor trough, which is also available from NetterVibration, is mounted, welded or glued to the PowerPack‘s frame and is driven by a pneumatic linear vibrator of the series NTK or NTS . Depending on the application, an electric external vibrator of our series NEG or NEA may also be used.
Conveyor System Series LineDrive
With traditional vibration conveyor systems, the bulk material being moved is “thrown” forward in a parabolic trajectory, which can damage or degrade the product. On the other hand the conveyor system of the series LineDrive uses a pneumatic linear drive that causes material to slide along the conveyor trough. The flow rate can be adapted to the specific properties of the material to be conveyed by controlling the compressed air. For conveyor systems longer than two meters, the trough is supported by the LineDrive carrier. The coupling of several LineDrive drives allows the transfer of larger loads. In addition to our standard versions, the LineDrive series conveyor system can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Resonance Conveyor System Series FlexiLink
The feeder system of the series FlexiLink consists of a pneumatic linear vibrator from our series NTK, blade springs and the FlexiLink connector element. This system uses the natural resonance of the springs to move bulk materials along the conveyor. Once the trough starts to vibrate at the resonance frequency, maintaining the vibration requires very little additional energy. Even with varying loads, the trough continues to vibrate with the correct resonance. The amplitude can be adjusted by means of an optional exhaust throttle. In addition to driving classic feeder troughs, the FlexiLink system can be used to drive bowl feeders, by arranging the blade springs in a circle to accommodate the spiral feeder. Customised versions of the FlexiLink series are available and all components can be purchased separately.
Pneumatic Ball Vibrators Series NCB
Pneumatic ball vibrators of the series NCB can be used wherever bulk materials need to be moved. They serve in the emptying of bunkers, for preventing bridging, rat-holing and adhesion. When used to drive chutes, sieves and vibrating tables, they ensure that material flow is maintained. The special feature is the simple construction. The rotary vibration is created by the high centrifugal force produced by a circulating steel ball, which runs on hardened, polished steel braces. The frequency, and hence the centrifugal force, can be continuously regulated via the operating pressure.
Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators Series NCT
Pneumatic turbine vibrators of the series NCT are particularly suitable for moving bulk materials. They can be used for emptying containers and big bags, driving chutes, sieves and vibrating tables and for the mechanical stimulation of processes. Special features of the NCT pneumatic turbine vibrators are high frequency at low noise level and low air consumption. The rotary vibration is produced by a turbine with eccentrically mounted unbalanced masses. The frequency and therefore the centrifugal force can be continuously regulated via the operating pressure.
NTK 8 S and NTK 18 AL EL
The requirements for hygiene and explosion protection standards are particularly high for production processes in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. With the NTK 8 S made of stainless steel and the NTK 18 AL EL made of aluminium, NetterVibration presents two new pneumatic piston vibrators from the NTK series that have been specifically developed for use in these industries. Depending on the application, the new products are available as ATEX-compliant and/or oil-free versions. The stainless steel housing is resistant to aggressive cleaning agents. Both NTKs can be used as drives for conveying and sieve troughs, as well as for cleaning and emptying of hoppers and other containers.
